HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The Red Scars were forged in the shadows of Jutrand following Odrin Rath's rise within the Sith Imperial Sanitation Authority after the Saijo incident. Originally tasked with overseeing the suppression of rogue cartels, Odrin saw opportunity instead—weaponizing these groups, not eliminating them. He began by breaking syndicate leaders, repurposing them under his dominion, and initiating a brutal indoctrination process under the SISA-sanctioned underworld.
Odrin's approach gained the attention of SISA's top echelon, including the mysterious Custodian, who quietly sanctioned his syndicate's operations. Thus began the Scars transformation from a rogue clean-up crew into a galaxy-spanning power broker—guiding underworld politics through intimidation, manipulation, and ritual violence.
Today, the Scars serves as one of the Empire's most feared tools, ensuring Sith supremacy not by resistance to crime, but by becoming its architect.
