The Republic military needs more

If you didn't already notice, this character will be the daughter of Gael bar Ammon and is a junior officer in the Republic Navy. She's primed for a promotion but needs that field experience in order for it to become a reality.

She's still in development, but I feel like the Republic is a little weak on the military side as far as PCs go and it's something I have a knack for so I figured I'd lend my time there, especially since war very well may be on the horizon (let's hope not).

[member="Lydia bar Ammon"] How about A Mission. Something for her to get her teeth cut on. We can do a faction thread based around hunting down some less than savory types. A band of slavers operating near Kashyyyk will do I think. You can serve under Captain Holt as a commander of one of his task force ships . Its a small group but will work for what we are doing. We may even get a couple pirates working with us to help find these slaver filth. I am a story based writer and generally I like to do story arcs that include more than one thread. It makes it more fun.
