The Republic Navy, also referred to as the Republic fleet, Republic starfleet or the Galactic Republic fleet, was the military naval force of the Galactic Republic.

Rank Structure:​

​

Supreme Chancellor / Commander-in-Chief -
The leader of the Galactic Senate and representative of the Republic. Also the Commander-in-Chief of the Republic Military. Holds authority over the military, its structure, and its units.

Supreme Commander -
The chosen commander of the entire Republic Military by the Supreme Chancellor. Enforces his will on the military, and oversees the military for the Chancellor.

High Admiral -
Commands an armada.

Admiral -
Commands a fleet.

Commodore -
Commands a battle group.

Captain -
Commands a section/element.

Ensign -
Helps an officer, usually a captain run things. First basic officer rank.

Master Petty Officer -
NCO.

Chief Petty Officer -
NCO.

Petty Officer -
Enlisted rank.

Crewman -
Basic rank of a clone who's come out of training.

Cadet -
Clone still in training.
