The mistakes of the past lead to the present. Mandalore is lost, the survivors on the planet are tortured and used in experiments. Betrayal came from within and without. Across the galaxy, the remaining clans are scattered. While many cry for vengeance and rush to fill the void to call themselves Mand’alor, there are currently none who are worthy.
Hunted in this void, the remaining clans have a choice. Either stay isolated and be picked off one by one, or join together, rebuild their forces, regain their honor, and stand proud once more, stronger than ever.
The Resol’nare are the gathered clans who have chosen to not give up the fight. They remain true to their culture, to their people and remember that many times in the past the Mando’ade have been betrayed and forced off their home world. Enslaved and slaughtered, this was not the first time. They remember that for long periods of time they have been nomads and were often beaten. But they were never broken.
Join the Resol’nare, regain honor. Fight for your clan, for your people. For Mandalore.
OOC Questions:
What are the Resol’nare? We are a gathering of nomadic Mandalorian clans, focused on the things that make them Mandalorian: Culture, religion, family. We emphasize unity, strength when we stand together, and family above all else. And kicking in teeth.
What about the Mand’alor? We currently do not believe there is a set Mand’alor, or someone currently in the position to be one. Instead, we want to save this for RP, for a person to rise to the position organically. This is more due to the fact, that we see the Mand’alor as a person who is more a battle leader, and the protector of the people, rather than as a king or queen.
How does the Resol’nare distribute authority then? First, we have a council of Alors. Clan leaders. You do not need to be a mod to be on the council, but instead just be a seasoned Rper.
What are your views on the Force? We believe the force itself is a tool, and companion. It can be useful and beneficial. However, we acknowledge that it's difficult, if not impossible, for a Jedi, Sith or other force cultist to be Mandalorian, because it’s a culture, a way of life, and these other force cults have their own cultures and ways of life. But being a force user is fine, so long as you follow the Resol’nare, uphold the Supercommando Codex, and respect the Canons of Honor.
