Echo Athoth's Locket, Epo-1 Interceptor
Echo had only just begun acclimating herself to life on Naboo and she was already inundated with things to do. The Order of Shiraya really had been in need of archivists and record-keepers, which had in turn filled her scheduled with plenty to attend to. It was strange being in this new place. No familiar faces, which wasn't the worst thing ever. Echo had never been the best socializer in the galaxy. Perhaps it was that lack of familiarity that made it easier to be sucked into research.

And were there things to research.

The Ogemite Jedi wasn't far from the capital of Theed, finding herself perched atop a hill that rather naturally avoided the poor building conditions of the swamp around it. There she stood amongst the remains of an ancient structure, not much mind you. The floor had some fragments of tile, typical of Old Republic Nubian architecture, and there were postholes where the foundation of the structure had once stood. Likely whatever material had given the home a frame was salvaged long ago, leaving only the shadow of the house that once stood. A thick layer of grass had set in, filling the postholes and splitting what tile remained. It was like standing within a ghost. It made sense why they had built here, but the who remained a mystery. As did the when. It could have been two thousand years ago... seven thousand... maybe longer.

Yet there was still something thrilling about that prospect, even if Echo's face never displayed such emotions.

So, being the diligent record-keeper that she was, the young woman set down her satchel and began to dig through it for her notepad, upon which she would sketch the outline of the feature...

For a moment her hand grazed a locket. Echo hesitated, giving it a look over with her cold blue gaze...

Then drew her notepad from within and moved on, perching herself on a lone rock which lie just off the northern posthole of the home.

Naboo was such an idyllic place - and lay tantalizingly between Alliance and Sith space. During the Kiffar's travels throughout his career as "Fleet Captain Under Marque", he had racked up sufficient PTO for his one part vacation and two parts soul-searching campaign.

Enamored with the ideals of Eternalism, the Acolyte convened to this world where much of Galactic history had been formed. The birthplace of Darth Sidious and the mother of the legendary Luke Skywalker, Trayze came here to simply be.

Be away from the responsibilities, the expectations, both good and bad and focus on what he and the Force wanted from each other - a thought in of itself heretical to most Sith. Yet Trayze Tesar wasn't Sith by nature, he nevertheless was one by affiliation, birthright, and frankly, as a job - so he would endeavor to be the best Sith he could be... usually through impulsive actions to satisfy his own curiosity. His Peacekeeper Academy Drill Instructor would chew him out for his recklessness, his cousin, Malum of House Marr would want to be with him just as he was for all of their early days escapades... his grandma would look at him, eyes misting, wondering what had happened to the boy she raised if home didn't give him comfort. His grandfather would understand...

With a shake of his head, the Kiffar forded onward, banishing the thoughts of his past and instead using his psychometry to drink in moments. Senses. Past. Present. Recognizing who he was, what he was, in contrast and in conjunction to all things.

This journey led him to rather rudely march across the view of a certain Ogmite Jedi, who he had just now registered, opening his eyes. He wouldn't give introductions, feeling a kindred sense of knowledge-seeking from his ideological adversary. Yet she was armed. Powerful. Connected.

The wind sighed between the two, caressing the ruins overtaken by the greenery.

"...Do you mind?"

Echo's expression didn't change, and her tone was as flat and monotone as it always was. But she was upset. There was an air of peace that had now been disturbed, and the sudden presence of the stranger had very quickly blocked her line of site with the ancient outline of the house. Her frown did arch a bit higher, the only weak indication of any sort of emotion she was feeling below the surface.

"I was sketching that," she noted, adjusting her glasses. "You're blocking my view."

How was she supposed to document if she couldn't see the thing she was documenting?
