- [SIZE=9pt]Ion Deficiency: This podracer is equipped with an Ion Pulse generator, capable of knocking out nearby electronics, although there is a chance to cause an engine stall. [/SIZE]
- [SIZE=9pt]Blast Away: On the front there is an underside blaster used for races where combat is allowed. It is equipped with an auto tracking system.[/SIZE]
- [SIZE=9pt]Speed Takes The Lead: With the turbine powered engines the podracer can move at a normal pace. It can be given an Ion Propulsion boost, however for a quick boost.[/SIZE]
- [SIZE=9pt]Taking The Heat: With the armor plating being Chromium, it can take the heat of the engines heating up as well as help with heat from energy blasts.[/SIZE]
- [SIZE=9pt]Take The Power: With so many variations to weapons and advantages, power output has to split, or focused. This design has a focused power output, meaning it is one advantage or the other at a time. [/SIZE]
- [SIZE=9pt]Armor Up: Despite the armor being Ultrachrome and Chromium, it is not too resistant to damage. It can get banged up easily from enemy explosive weaponry. [/SIZE]
- [SIZE=9pt]Small Size: Compared to other podracers, it is seen as rather small and light. This makes it easy to ram and bump around. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]DESCRIPTION[/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]Mykes had always been a fan of races, of all types. So, when he had found out a podrace was looking for races, he immediately set to work upon working on a design. Thus, he designed the Silver Bolt, his podracer based on his own design and to be used to represent Mirdimorut and their ingenuity. Created to match his usual speculations to a racing vehicle he has designed, with minimal offense and defense and focusing upon speed and maneuverability. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]The Silver Bolt was made for speed and maneuvering. Combination of turbine and ion engines gives the potential to go from an average speed to a high speed using the ion power in the engines. Due to its small size, it is easily maneuverable and traversable through tight corners and small areas such as canyons and caves. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]However, it is also armed. It has a single blaster cannon on the underside of the pod, which has an auto tracking system. It has a low damage output, so is used for harassing targets. Its trump card is the Ion Pulse it is equipped with. Coming close to a target or group, the podracer can halt its engines to engage the pulse generator. There is a chance the engines will stall out.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]It is not without faults, however. For one, the power output could not be shared between systems so is instead a focused power output. Focused on one system at a time; engines, blaster or pulse. This is it’s major fault in the design.[/SIZE]
