Faction The Space under the mountain

As a planet, Ossus had been a cold mountainous forest with pockets of storms, forests, and snow driven by the disturbances in the Force from the cataclysm in ages past. Many smaller portions of the planet however were almost a wasteland, due to many invasions by Empire and sith long dead. Only minor valleys and sheltered vales had been born returning fauna and wildlife to the world. The Empire of the Lost had taken over the planet a while ago and had slowly brought it under its influence and power, but had yet to truly invest in it.

Despite the terraforming projects that had attempted to restore the planet to it’s former glory, There always seemed to be some patches of unfinished areas, either by the failed terraforming, or later attacks from the many invaders that would attack this planet for many various reasons. While the vast majority of this planet was restored, mush smaller patches of small biomes would almost be wasteland

But in the recent months......everything changed. It seemed as the Empire had explored the regions of the planet, and expanded its planetary influence, the more the natural force came to life around the planet. Sometimes it seemed the planet itself was fighting back against the Empire's Influence. The light side of the force surrounded the planet. This of course led the New Inquisitors to the planet. At least one (1) of them would enjoy the challenge of breaking a planet's will to suit the needs of the Empire.

There have been plenty of sensor scans around the entirety of the planet, which scanned nothing of note at first, but small anomalies present at various locations on the planet made a pattern. A pattern seemingly leading to a location in the deep mountains. Three shuttles were sent to investigate these disturbances. One (1) of the Shuttles held troops, carrying about 15 Stromtroopers. Another shuttle had the crew necessary to neutralize any disturbance in the area, be it by integration, or destruction. However one of these shuttles contained four (4) Inquisitors, as well as five (5) Imperial Death troopers.

The landing zone was a rocky area, Halfway surrounded by hills, or large trees, Similar to pine or oak. The world itself was very much alive, trying to hide the life it held, but failing to do so from the powerful, organized, and sophisticated Empire. A short hike would be required before they would fully make it to their destination. About an hour long, or maybe two if they were slowed down.

After the Hike, the group would spot something that would be hidden from most of the scanners, Ruins. Small builds that were no bigger than the huts on Tatooine. The walls were destroyed, and the interior was destroyed...most of it. A great amount had been dug into the ground. Ultimately nothing of value, but they were heading in the right direction. Another Half hour until the destination would be reached, the peak of the mountain. It was quite clear what this was. An ancient temple located in the mountain surrounded by rock, sand, and snow. No wonder it was hard to spot using only scans of the planet's surface. It must have been abandoned for hundreds in not thousands of years. Much of the Temple could be seen from the outside, and it was already massive, who knew how huge it would be on the inside? Judging by how it was almost perfectly hidden by a natural deterrent to planetary scanners, it was perfect

"This is not just any temple...This is a bastion, no...THE bastion" Said one of the Inquisitors, A sith named Angmar
