The Story of Felix

"Prepare to die, scum."

"Please no I have a family I'm sorry for what I did, John come on I needed the gear and the cash."

"You know how I play Tom a deals a deal and you broke it, and you broke it with the wrong man, you should have known better then to cross me, it was my choice to take your job and you should have listened to my rules."

"I have a family John Kids, please show me some mercy."

"You should have thought of that before you crossed me like that."

John nods to the droid looking away as he sudden eruption of blaster fire and silence as the droid looks at the dead human at his feet. John turning back to the droid not glancing at the body, not wanting to look at what he had to do.

"Is it done?..."

"Yes, master."

"Leave the body Felix and let's go, quickly."

The man starts to walk away the assassin droid right behind him as they walk through the streets of Nar Shaada, a common place for the pair to be seen, looking or doing business, but everyone could tell be the look on the mans face that it had been a bad deal. John wasn't a cruel man but he had to live by rules and his rules could not be broken, his rules could cause him his life if he didn't stick by them every word. He preferred to not have any bloodshed but what Tom had done to John was breaking all the rules he lived by. At the end of the day Tom got what he deserved for the disgusting job that he had made John do under his nose.

"Choy?"

"You heard me, Hutt scum, die you pig."

"No no no Felix, not yet, we need him for his credits that he owes the Hutt Clan. He knows better, especially being a Hutt that to go around the backs of the Hutts is a big no no around here"

"Yes humanoid scum, don't kill the Hutt scum, yet"

The short old man hobbled over standing next to the droid and looking at the Hutt closely laughing to himself in his head as he got to do this to so many people. It was even more funny that he got to do it to one of the fat Hutts. The Hutt opened his account and transferred all the money owed with extra. The man laughed a little to himself. Oh how well he got paid being the lap dog of the Hutts.

Old Simon Yoss checked the account one last time before nodding to Felix and hearing the blasters erupt from his hands as Simon walked away like many times before. He had been doing this for the Hutts for years and had Felix as his personal Bodyguard, and executioner. Walking away with his cane to board his ride back to Tatooine the man laughed at how well he had done that day.

Just another work day John thought as he walked into the bar on Nar Shaada like he always did. He glanced around looking for any familiar faces or, any open seats. Glancing to the bar he saw a open seat and moved to go and sit in it. But just as he was about to sit down he felt the hands of a... very large person grab him spinning him around, looking up at the person he sighed a little under his breath, almost worried for his life. It was just one of the more, masculine dancers he knew.

"Hey honey, it's been a while where have you been?"

The tall Amazonian women looked down at him trapping John between the bar and her, he backed up a little craning his neck to look at anything but... his thoughts scrambled trying not to say anything that would heart her feelings, or crush him. Suddenly right before he was about to say the only line that came to mind a large Twi'lek dancer came up and grabbed the girl by the hips and started bringing her to the dance floor. Sighing for relief at his friend for saving him on that one, he was a tall man but that women got him every time. Finally sitting down he ordered his favorite drink, Corellian Ale. He didn't know why bu the ale just was the perfect choice, not a lot of other people preferred it but it got the job done. He glanced around the bar looking for any men that might be in possession of big credits. Sipping on his ale and glancing around he felt a light tap on his shoulder, and he turned around to see a beautiful red head look at him...

"Well sweety it's been a while huh?"

John raised his brow at the women not recognizing her, she looked to be in her late 20's early 30's, humanoid but could be from tons of planets. His piercing blue eyes looked her over nothing of her ringing any bells or making him remember any of the slightest events in his eventful life. Sighing soft trying to make the best of the situation he quickly makes up the response to her.

"Yeah I bet it has huh? You know it's been a while since I've seen you...."

Trying to think of her name he realized that he messed up big time but she didn't seem offended by it, actually more like she expected a reaction like that, as he raised his eyebrow a bit showing that he was expecting a answer to this "question" of his.

"It's Sarah, silly goose."

She let out a small laugh as she looked at him and his eyes went blank as he remembered her. As a child he was sold off from person to person and never had a place to call home, but for a while he met a young girl that he would sneak out with and play games with and talk to for hours at time talking about their lives and ambitions. He grew a strong affection towards her, but before he could tell her his feelings he was sold off without even a goodbye. He looked into her eyes soft sighing as she realized that even though she expected this she was hurt by it. Standing up and embracing her and then looking at her again with new fresh eyes he saw how much she had changed.

"Sarah! How much you've changed!"

She looked down at her feet but then looked back at him and he knew something was up.

"John, I'm not here to make up..."

"Then, why are you here?...."

"I've got a job for you, I've heard from around here that your a smuggler and that you culd possibly do something for me."

He gave a great big sigh looking down, he knew it was never going to be making it up, even with people he had known for years, always business, never anything more, never anything less. Some days he got sick and tired of business and just wanted to do anything but. He had to pay the bills and make sure he could keep traveling everywhere so he had to do what he had to do. Looking back at her he put a toothpick in his mouth.

"So you want to talk business, talk business. Give me numbers names items everything you need from me and I'll see what I can do. Don't except any deals either, we might've been friends but that was a lifetime ago, for me."

He looked stern as he said this but really all he wanted to do was to help her without charge but he knew better then to let anyone play him like that. He had to keep up his image. A image that was made around him not from him, he didn't make the image stuck on him, all the image came from was all his actions told and told but twisted and turned to fit the classic great smuggler role, but this made him turn into that role.

"Go here, and I'll tell you the details."

He looked at the paper she gave him and watched her as she walked off.
