Strengths:
With a thin layer of Beskar plating covering larger Durasteel plating, the exterior of the Terentatek is quite capable of withstanding a couple of hits from other starfighter type vessels such as itself. Being a fighter however, it is preferred to avoid taking damage.
The Terentatek was made to be a very capable hunter of other fighters, as well as being able to stalk prey unseen and outrun and outmaneuver them if the need for it would ever arise. As such, what it lacks in defenses was made up for in sheer speed and mobility.
The cloaking device powered by stygium crystals allow the Terentatek to disappear from sight and ship sensors. Additionally, the wings on the ship act as additional heat exhausts to counteract the possibility of tracking the ship’s Ion engine exhausts and make it virtually invisible while in stealth.
Possessing Slivian Iron docking clamps, the ship can easily latch onto another large vessel and use the magnetized properties to do so, thus not triggering any alarms needlessly. The plasma cutters located between clamps are made to quickly cut a spherical hole through any type of hull located directly beneath them. Finally, the location of the escape pod allows it to be shot directly down through the newly carved opening and into the ship, providing some protection when boarding an enemy vessel and also being the battering ram used to break in.
In short bursts, the ship is capable of moving at Extreme speeds while lowering the Mobility to Moderate, as this is often how things go. Used to quickly put some distance between pursuers, it can quickly be turned back off so as to regain mobility shortly after. Can only be done for a total of one post and has to recharge for two posts after use.
Weaknesses:
Due to being a starfighter, taking hits is not something it was made to do. Although the modifications made to it allow for some leniency, this only takes things to a certain point before it gives out.
As a ship primarily intended for fast travel, infiltration, remaining unseen and taking out single targets (starfighters), it is clearly not a ship meant for taking on vessels much larger than itself. While well equipped to outmaneuver and outrun larger ships, taking them on in a fight is unwise.
Because of how small it is, it has various perks going for it, though it also means that it will be easier to destroy if ever taking a direct hit from something powerful enough to penetrate the defenses such as certain torpedos. Due to more of the ship being destroyed in a single hit than would be the case with slightly larger vessels, the ship prioritizes maneuverability and speed over defense.
Description:
In terms of starships, the Terentatek is a rather peculiar one with a fair backstory for one still so new. While originally a larger courier vessel, the original was shot down over Kashyyyk, after which the cargo had been consumed by the native wildlife. Since the pilot survived and returned home in time, the ship was considered lost and was never reclaimed. When Thresco went with a Mandalorian crew to hunt for the elusive and powerful Terentatek as part of a job and an initiation, the Kom’rk class transport ship, this ship too fell into a state of disrepair when the hunt went bad and the creature they hunted destroyed their means of escape. With the death of the creature and his temporary compatriots, Thresco was left to fend for himself on the planet until he met with the native Wookies.

Stripping the suits of armor for usable parts and selling the rest, he eventually had enough money on hand to hire a salvaging crew to go over the fallen Kom’rk and get every last usable part of plating or wiring possible. Turning up with quite a bunch, it was not nearly enough to build a vessel, so they were put into storage for a later time. Selling plenty of scrap metal to pay for storage and doing some work for the Wookies, it was during a period in which he had secluded himself to the shadowlands for the sake of training and strengthening his connection to the Force. While there, he found the courier vessel that had gone down there many months ago, overgrown in many places and made home by some large arachnids, but still usable to some extent. After hauling the ship back to the civilized world, the ship was also stripped.

With more than enough parts around to build a new ship, the used what remained of both ships to recreate the model of the courier vessel, albeit almost half as small. Having no real use for a courier vessel, what Thresco needed was a quick and agile ship that could get him where he needed to go, and get rid of nuisances encountered along the way. Using any means at his disposal to create a reliable vessel, it was armed with some rather experimental perks and accommodations that could be purchased on one of the star ports on the planet. As someone who studied at Kuat drive yards, among other places, Thresco was no stranger to such things, leading to the creation of the first of its kind. Granted the name Terentatek due to the aggressive form it possessed, it also possessed something new for ships of this size.

With slivian iron, clamps were created to allow the ship to stick to larger vessels while a series of plasma cutters would create a spherical hole through the plating. Once a hole was made or enough had been cut away for clean entry, the specifically located escape pod made almost entirely out of Beskar could be used as a “breaching” pod that got shot through the spherical hole and into the other vessel. This way, Thresco had a clear way into other ships, as well as a protected means of entry from most types of fire. All things considered, it is a vessel Thresco is quite proud of and wishes to put to good use over the coming years.
