Viktor felt that his powers needed to increase in order for him to complete his ambitions, but his lack of creativity and imagination managed to prevent him from being able to learn on his own. So Viktor went out to look for a teacher, although the response was a bit lackluster. Eventually a woman named Nessarose deWinter approached Viktor and offered to teach him. She left with ominous warnings that Viktor would have to somehow pay her back for these lessons, Viktor didn't trust her, but that applied to every Sith. Viktor was supposed to meet the Sith Lord in a park near the capital buildings of Coruscant, he looked at the flora and he stared at it as he searched around the park for the Sith Lord, his metal feet crushing the grass beneath his feet as he searched around for the woman.
