- Availability: Unique
- Deployment: Limited
- Strengths and Weaknesses: Apart from the maintenance of their own weapons, few are technologically adept. The Toglannoq have zero aptitude for stealth or remaining unobtrusive outside of a winter environment. They struggle with hot climates. As Whiphids, they are much larger and stronger than humanoids. They have extreme cold resistance and endurance; escalation requires long solo journeys across the harshest terrain. Their talent and affinity for all things arctic can extend to initiating avalanches and glacial earthquakes, giving them disproportionate effectiveness in appropriate environments. Other noteworthy skills include weather prediction and marching-songs equivalent to the Jedi power called Tapas, allowing control of core body temperature.
