STRENGTHS

DESCRIPTION
Bob has been a great at fighting with his hands, mostly in heavy boxing style since the time he was a kid where he fought constantly. Bob isn't too good at using range weapon, so he decided to hire some techies to whip him up some personalized weapon suited for him in melee combat with some defenses against not only melee but ranged attack.

Very cool, love it! I have a concern about this, because it is too absolute. I would like to ask you to reword it, because always your opponent decides about the damage and injuries, not you.

Deals heavy damage to heavy armored and can be fatal to lesser armor, as it enhances the user strength and damage capabilites many times over. (Punches can be charged)
