Rationale:
To bulk up and better the Confederacy of Independent Systems, there was a need for more wealth and war machines. Viceroy Herr decided, even though he wasn't the best at running companies and stocks and planning machines and ships, that bringing back the Trade Federation was by far the best choice, he also assumed that the return of the pride and joy of the Neimoidian home world and purse worlds would bring about large quantities of Neimoidian pride. Since the Trade Federation was the bulk that backed the original CIS and Neimoidian Colonialism, it should do so now. Now that Vanderhing had accomplished so much power and wealth, he was going to put it towards the Faction and his people by reforming the Trade Federation on his own. He used his own wealth and influence to establish wealthy connections that would contribute millions of credits as corporate backers to reestablish the then extinct mega-corporation. He also received funds and a small droid army from other large conglomerates that have pledged their allegiance to the CIS to bulk up the Federations fundings and manpower. Now with the large amounts of funding the Federation is ready to begin the production, distribution, and dealing of assorted technologies, mostly droids and vehicles.

Description: The Trade Federation is a resurrection of the Clone Wars trading conglomerate. Hailing from the Neimoidian purse world Cato Neimoidia then and doin the same now. In its glory days it lined the pockets of the Neimoidian people with millions of credits, and Herr Vanderhing plans to make it so once more. It develops battle droids, starships, and ground vehicles of all sorts of shapes and sizes. It supplies these items to all with little effort to mass produce raking in large profits. It builds cheap items and sells them at what others generally consider outrageously overpriced expenses. It's main source of income as its name implies is from trade and shipping throughout the Galaxy. It's goal, other than to support the Confederacy of Independent Systems is to unite Homeworld Neimoidia and its Purseworlds reinstating Neimoidian Colonialism and Mercantilism making the Neimoidian people fabulously wealthy and giving them a sort of nationalistic fervor not seen since before the Clone Wars.
