DESCRIPTION
The Trade Federation is was one of the most powerful and influential intergalactic trading conglomerates in the galaxy. With anything from the iconic battledroids to savvy business Neimodians, when you hear the name, you know there is power behind it. Leading up to the clone wars, the Trade Federation paid out an exuberant amount of wealth to a dying cause, and up until their dissolution with the Imperial Senate, were but a puppet of what they once were. After being reformed by various individuals, each having to their own extent small amounts of success, Natalie LaForte has successfully maintained a majority of shares and is looking to lead the company into the glory that it once possessed before it was corrupted by politicians.

Natalie seeks to change the way the federation operates, removing corrupt managers and replacing them individuals of all backgrounds. The federation has also changed in the sense that its main figurehead is a human and is also female.

RATIONALE
Natalie came in control of The Trade Federation following a period of borderline bankruptcy. With a failing market economy and a declining Galactic Population, the Trade Federation slowly lost its purpose as time went on. As sales began to drop to their lowest points since the incorporation of the federation, and investors began to pull funding and trust, Natalie slowly but surely purchased shares until she managed to remove her competition completely and achieved a majority of shares. Her control was further secured after the company's new policy was supporting communities it had destroyed, in the past and right the wrongs that the power had formerly produced.

After a series of cutbacks, both staff and production wise, Natalie did what she knows best and executed the rest of the shareholders and covered the accident up. Nobody bar one minor shareholder survived, who is now the Chief Financial Operator for the corporation.

While the character in question has logged in as of yesterday, the character has not posted or had any other activity since February. I have contacted the owner to request whether or not they wish to keep the company. As this is their first notification, they will have the option to retain the company if they so wish, provided that they begin to actively use the company going forward.
