HUNGRY HUNGRY HIPPO!
Thyferra, Blue Citadel
The Crimes of the Dark Jedi Sorliss Gravitas had been great indeed. Since the fall of the Citadel to the Blue Jedi Order he'd been imprisoned, and kept under watch. Now with a pair of Terrantek cuffs around his wrist and force dampener collar he was led in procession to the Blue Citadels Court.Under the eye of watchful guards he was brought to the middle.
It was a sweeping room, once a throne room for a King. Alas the throne was gone in favor of tables at the center running lengthwise, Blue banners upon cold grey pillars and a heavier holotable with chairs at the raised portion near the rear.
As the doors swung back Raze was there, his helmet tucked under his arm, scratching his beard.
Lyra Breithart, Taneya Goldmane, and Cal Ordo were there at the front.
There was a bit of jeering and name calling, whch was quickly silenced as Master Goldmane stood and raised her palms.
The crowd went silent.
Sorliss was made to kneel, shackled jingling against the cracked and weathered stone floor.
"Citizens of Thyferra, welcome and good morning." She began.
"It is come to our attention after investigation, that Sorliss Gravitas has made many crimes against the system, as well as the native folk of Thyferra. In keeping with the Jedi way, he has been apprehended, his forces disbanded and hunted down. Now he is here under trial to determine his fate."
"Execute him!" A jeer from the crowd came.
Taneya shook her head.
"No. We do not execute Prisoners on trial if ever. We will have a trial and we will pass a sentence. Admiral Breithart, if you would."
Taneya took her seat.
Raze shifted to get a better view from the pillar he leaned up against.
Now a woman clad in white, with a polished service cap rose, and adjusted her uniform.
"Attention to the Court, The people of Thyferra and the Blue Jedi Order do find Sorliss Gravitas in violation of basic civil rights. Among the charges brought against the Dark Jedi are Piracy, Slaving, Murder, Attempted Murder, and Torture."
The crowd fell silent.
Lyras brown eyes peered from beneath her visor at Sorliss.
"Do you wish to represented by Council, or do you have anything to say in your defense?"
Sorliss looked up, from a mane of shaggy hair.
"I would not speak to you, a dog of the weakling Jedi. Where is your proof, or is this trial a farce?"
