WALOAK COLONY, CORELLIA
The quill was embossed a shade of dark black as it rose from the inky depths of the bottle, Joel gripping onto the handle of the writing instrument, bringing the pen to paper with force, causing some ink to spill somewhat onto the parchment. Joel raised the quill, wiping the residual ink from the parchment with his hand. Joel again tightened his iron grip on the quill, and began to write.

Joel's eyes quickly adjusted to the bright rays of the sun as he stepped out of the darkened writing-house, turning to the right as to face his friend, Phillip, sitting out in front of the building, gazing at the wagons and people walking by, their boots loudly sinking and rising again from the mud with each step, the wagons creating an impression in the brown-muck, as they trundled on. "Phillip, will you do something for me? It is a matter of upmost import'nce."
Joel said, as Phillip quickly turned his head to face him. " Wha- I be- Yes?" Phillip replied, yawning as he did so.
The old man must have been asleep before Joel loudly made his proclamation, the old man was resting more frequently as of late. "Deliver this to the Building oh' Congress, make sure it gets there."
Joel said as he waved the paper, nearly whacking the old-timer on the forehead with it, making sure to pronounce his words clearly.
"O' course, Joel. Anything for you, my friend." Joel gave no response except a subtle nod, and Phillip grabbed the parchment from the writer's hand, standing up. He nodded in response, and walked away. Phillip looked down at the rolled-up document curiously as his heavy steps made a large squelching sound against the deep mud of the town streets. Phillip unrolled the scroll carefully, being sure not to scratch it like last time, and began to read.
PROCLAMATION
CONGRESSMAN SIR JOEL CALLS FOR VOTE ON IMMEDIATE BAN OF ALL "JEDI" ACTIVITIES IN WALOAK COLONY
I am of the firm belief that the bans on occult activity, and crimes against nature are of the upmost importance to the continued survival of this Colony and it's people,
founding tenets of this colony ever since it's beginnings so long ago. Such bans are righteous and true, it is the law of nature itself to not tolerate the unnatural. However I am filled with great confusion over the lack of proper legislation regarding the so called noble 'Jedi Order' and it's agents. Several colonists have been injured grievously or some even killed due to 'accidents' over the past several weeks regarding Jedi Padawan and Knights using the power of their 'Force.' The Jedi may make excuses for this danger, but I know that I will not. Jedi activity is an affront to nature itself, and as a member of this esteemed Congress, I believe it is my duty to protect the people of this colony in any way I may, and to the best of my power and ablity.
So I am calling for a vote within the Congress on the illegality (or continued legality) of Jedi activity in this most Honorable colony.
I know you will make the right decision.
When the bill is passed, those found to be in activities related to or directly involving Jedi and their subordinates will be immediately exiled from Waloak Colony,
never to return, or put to death if the case so calls for it.
Of course, exceptions may need to be made in the cases of diplomats or other important figures, however they will still be subject to Waloak law.
