- Description: The Verdeckt are a small elite group of ICC-447 that serve as General V'Trechen's personal bodyguards. Primary programming make the droids loyal to the Union first and the general second, as with all bodyguard droid units. This unit is one of the first batches produced by the Department of Advanced Weapons Research.

- Loyalty - Some say droids are better than beings for the purpose of bodyguards because their programming does not allow for treason.
- Protection - While experts in combat, the Verdeckt serve as protectors first and foremost. They stay close to the general and would not leave him to pursue any assailants.
While the ICC-447 Intelligence stealth droid models were designed to operate as elite assassins, several were designated to high ranking officials who needed a bodyguard entourage but were wary of human guards. Performing as personal guards, these droids serve to protect the general at all costs even when in means of sacrifice. The Verdeckt are regularly checked for maintenance upgrades to their programs to enhance their performance.
