Strengths:

Speed: This ship is one of the faster ships in the galaxy, and can outrun most other ships easily


EMP: The two EMP cannons make it easier to escape from tight situations, as they can each fire a blast that will temporarily disable an enemy ship. However they can each only fire once ber half an hour
Stealth: The sensor jammer means that this ship is ghost you have to see to know its there, however this must be activated and will alert the enemy if they are watching there scanners

Smuggler: The Cargo hold can be hidden if needed by a retractable wall.


Weaknesses:

No Guns: This ships lack of real weapons means that it would not fair well in a fire flight

Weak Shields: The Weak Ray shields mean that this ship would handle only a small handful of blasts before taking damage.


Description: The Vulcan Lighting Bolt was designed for the use of Vulcan Industries, with the intent of having a good amount of space for smuggling, “Less then legal items” and a ship that could blow past blockades without much danger. The reason it is so fast is because it is made of Carbo Plas, which while lightweight does not afford much protection. The Vulcan Lightning Bolt is overall a ship that excels in evasion and stealth. It is not known for its ability to take a hit, or give one, but rather for its ability to not get hit. In the hands of a skilled pilot it’s nigh on uncatchable.

Ok mind if I ask a few things?

First I'd like the description expanded a bit, its a little shorter and has some grammatical and spelling errors. Secondly there is no real thing called a Radar Deflector, but there are sensor jammers which would count as light stealth and may require a slight dev thread. And lastly if you could I'd appreciate it if you changed your cargo from crates to an actual metric value (KG/tons).

Edit: I do actually want to know more about the EMP Cannons too. There are Ion Cannons that do disable ships, but only after sufficient firing knocks out shields first.

Ok so I added links to the preapproved emp cannons. I lengthened the discription and changed Radar deflector to Sensor Jammer. Honstly I dont see why a ship this small and weak needs a dev but that just me

Ok after referencing, checking with other's opinions on the matter, and looking back at your submission and similar ones I'm going to clear you on just a few more fixes.

Your ship is also far too fast for its size as well. The material its made out of does make a difference, but your ship is listing Interceptor speed and maneuverability. I'm going to ask that at maneuverability be dropped down to 3.

And lastly in your description if you could point out/add for others what the EMP cannons will do, and that the sensor jamming is an active ability (it isn't passive, it would have to be turned on) that they would notice (since it scrambles sensors to hide your location), that would be it.

Do these and I will pass this to secondary for you.

Ok the only thing I have to ask about, is the maneuverability.
I modeled the size after millenium falcon, tdo to the last measurment do you think 2.5 would be acceptable? I will implement the rest of the changes

Despite conceptions, the falcon was fast in hyperspace mainly (.5 compared to 1). Real space TIE fighters caught up to it in the films even if you recall as well. Your speed was still allowed to stay at 1, I think its rather fair you're only suffering a turn rate reduction.

Insanely fast, but I like your drawbacks. Just remember that your EMP guns aren't one-shot guaranteed knockouts. Approved.
