STRENGTHS

• Performance: Built with an aerodynamic frame and powerful engines, the Whizzing Arrow is incredibly fast and sharp to handle.
• Secure: The pod has several contingencies to not only make it safer in a race itself, but also to give its pilot a better chance at escaping in the event of a crash.
• Coaxium: While not equipped with a hyperdrive, the pod has a secret coaxium injector that, when activated, gives the pilot a single boost in top speed and acceleration.

• Braking: As a machine meant to go fast, the pod’s brake system is rather lackluster.
• Deadly: In the event of a catastrophic crash, the reactor onboard can erupt in a massive explosion.
• Scrap: Built from spare parts of TIE and X-wing fighters, the pod requires a lot of maintenance and part swappage after races.
• Coupling: As is typical for podraces, any tampering or damage to the power coupling or main connector lines can result in the engines flying loose and crashing the pod.

DESCRIPTION
A childhood dream brought to reality by the help of close friends and sheer determination. The “Whizzing Arrow” is the personal podracer of Ara Sheridan, who went through tremendous trouble to not only acquire the parts from various junk planets, but also to learn to read and write.

Built primarily by herself and her close friend Mathieu Brion , it has been Ara’s pride and joy for years. Along the way, it had been built up further with the help of people like her friend, Zoar and her mother, Sam Sheridan.

Whenever time and duties permit, Ara either spends time to keep the beast in perfect shape, or to race it in preparation for the next podracing tournament.
