The Witch of the Wilds

Aisling was wandering the wilds of Dathomir. She had yet to find a new clan after the destruction of her own. The Shadow Killer was rather lonely now. She was used to the company of others, even if it wasn't always good. She sighed softly as she entered a large clearing. A small river ran through it and she decided that maybe swimming for a bit would make her feel a bit better. She stripped off the red and black clothing she were, which consisted mainly of cloth and leather, and dove into the water. @Glyph

"You realize some people are trying to fish in this water right, not wait for someone to try and skinny dip in it when they think they are alone..." Nauren was sitting there with fishing rod in hand a bit further up the river, staring at the girl that had suddenly decided to pick some random place to take a bath. "I mean i knew the people of Dathomiri were a slightly uncivilized and cultish like group but this is just embarassing by those standards. Its called decency my dear witch, please do get it and talk to me when you have learned about such a thing."

"What gives you the right to speak to me that way? If I had somewhere else to go, I wouldn't be here. I have no home, no clan, and no where to go. I've been wandering for days. Excuse me for ruining your fishing, but some things are more important," Aisling shot back, keeping her back to him. There was a large crisscrossing pattern of scars on her back. They made an almost lace-like design in some places. Others may look at them as a sign of cruelty, cultish behavior, and simply barbaric social practices, but she wore them proudly. They were mistakes that she would never repeat, and the failures that had caused them had to be punished somehow. She had borne her punishments with courage and determination. Now the scars were simply a reminder of her intense training. [member="Nauren Oricion"]

"For one i am civilized enough to find a refresher to take a shower or bath in, rather than skinny dipping in what could be a filthy river with a number of different bacteria, aquatic life and the excrement that they release that flows down the river. Two Im the one being civil and dry, three, i could torch your clothes with a flick of the wrist and leave you stranded here to walk to the nearest village naked and quite frankly disgraced. Hows that for me having the right to talk to you in that way. OR would you prefer i grovel and beg now to the all mighty woman of the river, question. Do you hand out indestructible swords, i could really use one right about now."

Aisling turned to face him, anger clear on her face. "I have lost everything. My home, my family, my clan... I have no where to go. As I said before, if I had other options, I would use them, but I do not. I am alone. I am homeless. I don't want to be here, but I have little choice," the witch never raised her voice, but the rage was clear. She crawled out on the bank, grabbed her clothes and began to walk away. She'd have to find somewhere else to try and wash herself off. Preferably somewhere without any annoying men who think they're better than her and her people. [member="Nauren Oricion"]
