The World is hollow, and yet I have touched the sky

Voss offered Rianna a peacefulness that she often could not find in other places. Here where life teemed, and the force ran strong Rianna felt at ease, and once again found balance with herself and within the force.

She took to spending a lot of time in the gardens she enjoyed the flowers, and herbs they often reminded her of places she had been, and it reminded her of home. She would soon be heading back home she missed her children and her husband [member="Ordo"] . There were also rumors again an unrest one that Rianna did not understand.

It was the way of the galaxy and of the vod to be such. But for now she was content to tend the bright yellow flowers standing tall before her reaching up to grab what rays of sun they could.

Rianna had obtained some seeds for moon flowers to complement the sun flowers, and morning glories. She was busy preparing the seeds now for planting. She could feel others nearby training, relaxing, or just passing.

Voss was a world not meant for the deliberations of war.

Voss was a planet Kheera has never visited before. Even though she wasn't much of a flyer, she loved seeing new planets. Discover the beautiful flora and fauna, find unknown buildings and structures. A joy for the exploring type as some might've said. Once Kheera's ship landed in one of the many grass fields she peeked out of the window.

"Oh, it's so beautiful here!" The Cathar called out as she left the ship, her feet touching the green grass. And the scents! Everything smelled so fresh and bright. Like the morning after a rainstorm, yet nothing indicated that these scents were a result from such. Happily, Kheera kneeled down, her hands cupped around one of the many yellow flowers. Her head tilted slightly to the right as she watched the details from up close. No, it was nothing like Ilum's flora. This was much brighter yet also delicate and refined. With her tail sweeping around joyfully, Kheera rose back on her heels. The beautiful nature wasn't the only reason why Kheera was on Voss and neither was her need to explore. Something in the Force told Kheera to visit someone. It was a nagging feeling of curiosity, located deep down in her stomach that pushed her forwards. It was guiding the Cathar's way.

With her hands on her back, she began to travel through the flower fields. Her mind was at ease, the beautiful views allowed her to find inner balance. It's been many years since Kheera felt this way, the voices were gone, her heart was no longer aching. The endless burning feeling of missing him even seemed to quiet now. No one knew how long the peace would stay so, for now, she enjoyed it all with her entire soul. But the curiosity kept crawling back into her mind. Who could've been this person, why was she or him so important that the Force guided Kheera to find them. Perhaps it was the start of a new chapter or the end of an old fairytale.

Whatever the reason might've been, Kheera was going to find them.

Unfamiliar with many of the Jedi that moved in and around Voss it was odd to feel the arrival of someone new.

The tendrils of the force that connected them all together wavered slightly Rianna turned her head staring off to a far distant point, slowly rising up drawn to go she began to walk. With a minor wave of her hand the seeds came to her to be planted later.

The well-worn foot paths of the grounds were among Rianna's favorites it allowed her to be connected to Voss in a way that only another of her kind could understand. Laughter seemed to ripple around her as she moved.

She stopped to close her eyes to focus on this one variation, this singular movement that the force seemed to want her to find. Emotions floated on the winds of Voss, Rianna plucked them gently from the air and used them to navigate towards her destination.

A low growl murmured Rianna caught off guard looked once more toward the old cities one day she would go there one day whatever, or whoever it was that lurked out there would grow bold enough to allow her to seek them out.

Today however was meant for the other, Rianna headed towards the fields of flowers.

It moved. The person that Kheera was supposed to find was moving. It was hard to tell where the person was moving to, or the emotions that she or he brought with them. But the Force rang in her ears, reminding her it was heading her way in the strangest path. Kheera stopped in her track and looked around for a moment, trying to locate where the person was coming from. The wind blew her pink hair to the side as she quietly waited for the spark to arise. The spark that leads her the way.

The aura of the person became stronger after a couple of minutes, and it wasn't unpleasant. The aura, despite being different from the typical Jedi she knew was soft and light-sided. Even gentle in a way. It rose the curiosity within to a new level. It was an humanoid being with a soft aura who walked on two legs: judging how it was heading Kheera's way the being was either Force Sensitive or had a strong skill in sensing.

The Cathar grabbed both ends of her sleeves, holding them softly while stepping forwards. She located in which direction the person was coming from and continued her traveling. With each new flow of wind, a new batch of scents reached for Kheera. The scent of more and more small flowers. It was a pleasant trip. Perhaps just for once, curiosity didn't kill the Cathar. Perhaps this was truly the start of a beautiful new chapter. No more hiding away from who she was, meeting new people, traveling around the galaxy.

Sunken in thoughts Kheera kept wandering forwards. Not thinking about where to go, not think about where the present could bring her. She let the Force guide her steps. Her leather boots carefully avoided as many flowers as possible before the Force spoke to Kheera once more. It forced her eyes to move up.

There, in the distance, she noticed a figure. Judging the body shape, a woman. No big fluffy ears, no tail, no four arms, no six arms. Just a normal human woman with darker hair. The air was drawn out of Kheera's lungs as she froze stiff, her right ear peeking to the side. This was the person the Force called out to. She must've been it.

Curiosity may have killed the Cathar, but the healer brought her back
Rianna now stood on the footpath that edged the fields near the ruins of the old Voss-ka temples. The Voss also used the force slightly different than the Jedi Rianna wished for a few moment she could learn from them. She was never too old to learn.

Rianna light blue linen gown barely touched the ground as she walked, the sleeves were long to protect her arms, and the neckline scooped downwards to allow her to breath freely. A woman of her age often had her own personal summer moments and to cool was of importance. As she looked across the fields she caught sight of someone she did not recognize.

The aura of the young cathar told Rianna that she was not dangerous, and her emotions which Rianna sensed all around her only hinted at her state of mind, she was curious, she tilted her head to look at her more carefully.

Pink hair something she could never pull off, and likely would not try to. "Hello" Simple words, did their guest understand basic? She would soon know, she took a few steps towards the Cathar and stopped. Something warned her to tread carefully.

"I'm Rianna, first time on Voss?" First time seeing these flowers? She had a feeling it was...but never assume, she would ask.

The Cathar's green eyes directly darted to her own robes. Oh dear, is everything correct? I can't make a bad first impression! Without thinking, Kheera began to correct her robes. She adjusted the height of her leather belt and made sure that the needles located upon it were covered in cloth, followed by tugging up her slightly oversized sleeves. The white robes that covered her chest looked more like a dress than anything due to the long length of the material. But she enjoyed wearing it, even if it was all just bit too big or long. It gave her a sense of comfort.

"Hello" Kheera flinched for just a second, it was strange to hear another humanoid voice after traveling for weeks. The only voices she heard in her shuttle were robotic simulated voices, not the most pleasant things in the universe. It also was a calming idea that she knew basic: it would make their future conversations way easier. No signaling with the hands or writing down images on paper to get the point across. The woman took a step forward and spoke up once again. "I'm Rianna, first time on Voss?"

It took Kheera a moment to realize that she had to talk back. She let out an awkward laugh behind her hands after the silence before speaking up. "Oh, excuse my manners! Hello!" Kheera lowered her back into an elegant bow, her tail sweeping behind her excitedly. Her Catharese's accent was almost gone after years of training yet every now and then she let the "r" roll a bit too heavy.

"My name is Kheera, and it's indeed my first time on Voss. It's so beautiful here!" She gestured around herself towards the stunning nature: it was truly a piece of art. Kheera enjoyed talking with others and express how she felt in a conversation, despite the small voices whispering in her head to be careful around them. Most Consulars were good with their words so it wasn't a surprise when Kheera flushed away the Senator of Cathar with the amount of words she used. "I ... am a Jedi, as you can most likely see," Kheera chuckled a bit while looking down at her lightsaber before her eyes darted back up to the woman. Due to Rianna's soft blue gown, it was hard to tell for Kheera if she was a Jedi or not. "I hope that this isn't an issue?"

Rianna nodded noting how her emotions were so vivid the empath could see them clearly if she had decided she could have reached up and plucked each one from the air around them.

"Voss is a planet for Jedi. I tend to not be traditional in what I wear so it could be confusing. I was working in the garden this gown has the deep pockets I like for my tools and seeds I carry." Rianna reached in and pulled out the moonflower seeds, they were large about the size of an acorn nut. "I was preparing these to plant. When...I felt your arrival Kheera."

"Are you hungry or thirsty I have water to share and I'm sure the temple has food. Did you come to Voss to study the flowers?" Many had come here to study ruins, vegetation, insects, even the sun as it warmed Voss there was something for every manner of scientist.

This Cathar Rianna thought is far from home for certain, Jedi or not, and she appears to be alone. For how long had she been alone? Even she had to have company, Edee sometimes, the children others it was..someone, or something to talk to when silence seemed to be overwhelming.

She wondered now what was her story, and how did this trip to Voss fit into her journey.

Kheera's arms moved to her back, her head tilting to the left with a warm smile. She calmly listened to the woman, explaining why she wore the beautiful blue gown and what she was doing before they met. The Cathar's pupil widened as Rianna revealed the seeds. Gardening was something new to Kheera, yet it managed to spark her interest. Most of the time Kheera was either underground, training the Force or traveling to escape her memories.

The green piercing eyes darted up to meet Rianna's before Kheera let out a soft yet warming laugh. "My, I'm sorry that my arrival stopped you from planting those beautiful seeds. The Force truly has a plan on its own. May I ask what they are? I've never seen them before! And your gown is truly beautiful." A few voice-cracks appeared as Kheera spoke faster than her vocal folds could handle. Her heart felt as if it was glowing from joy, the joy to have the chance to meet a new person and learn new things.

"Are you hungry or thirsty I have water to share and I'm sure the temple has food. Did you come to Voss to study the flowers?" Rianna made Kheera think. Why did she come to Voss? Sure, she felt the need to follow the tugging within the Force, but that's not why she traveled to Voss at the first place. Her eyes lowered just the slightest as she began to twirl her fingertips together. She knew exactly why she came to Voss. Kheera had a Padawan, Xena, and she was often with her. Xena helped Kheera with breaking the silence. But a week ago Kheera felt the need to go alone and hid away from the truth was trying to chase away. Him. Ignoring the burning sensation that slowly returned to her chest, Kheera spoke up. "I'm actually quite thirsty, I didn't store a lot of water when I left. And no, I didn't come to Voss to study the flowers, though they are absolutely stunning." She paused for a moment before speaking up again. "I was simply flying and almost ran out of fuel so I decided to land on the closest planet at that point: Voss. And that's when I sensed you. How about you, if I may ask? Do you live here?"

Rianna didn't seem like a woman to be alone. She was beautiful, but time had left a small stain on her skin. Men surely would've fallen for her, perhaps she had children? Kheera wanted to ponder more about the theories, but it wasn't her right to come up with the craziest ideas. Kheera's Master surely would've shouted at her with words along the lines of: "Overcome curiosity". So instead, Kheera decided to stop her train of thought. If the woman wanted to share such information, she surely would tell Kheera.

"Oh I'm not sorry, the force guided you here for a reason, perhaps it was to learn about seeds, or perhaps for something larger." Rianna stepped closer taking a single seed from her hand she held it out to Kheera, "These are called moon flowers, they will only bloom at night when the moon is full. They have a soft aroma, and flowers are pure white and large." Rianna spread her hand out, "Sometimes as big as my hand."

The dear was thirsty, "Well then let's get you some water, the temple is this way, but we can also go into the gardens there is a supply of water there as well." Rianna watched again the aura that surrounded Kheera flickers of light and color changes when she spoke, and then there was the sensation, a half truth was spoken.

Rianna was content to let this subject wait until the child was more comfortable, perhaps in time she would share what it was that she was hiding.

"Me I live here currently staying among the Jedi to regain my balance, plant some flowers, and it would seem to meet young cathars who come visiting." Rianna smiled again at Kheera. The force worked in mysterious ways. "I am a healer and a gardener." And the owner of a business, mother of two, and head of a large medical corps but of all the titles she bore perhaps healer and mother were her two favorite.

"When you are not traveling around, what do you do?"

Kheera's pupil kept widening up, watching the Moon seed."These are called moon flowers" She explained to Kheera. "That truly sounds so beautiful! I wish to see them one day, just like many other things on this planet to be honest!" Her tail swung around in excitement as she spoke back towards the kind woman. This is what she needed, a friendly talk. No Jedi-like business such as diplomatic conversations or teaching countless of lessons about the Force or ethics. Just exchanging small words with someone who shared the same interest as her, despite the age difference between the two.

"but we can also go to the gardens there is a supply of water there as well." Kheera liked the idea of going to the gardens, and thus she nodded. "The gardens, please! I'm sure that the gardens are gorgeous!" The Cathar spoke with her head a bit tilted. She adjusted the leather strap over her shoulder and waited for Rianna to lead the way. Her footsteps moved into the dirt once again, and as before she tried her best to not crush any flowers with her boots.

"Wait, you are a Healer?! Just like me!" Kheera's ears moved up into the sky, her head tilting even more to the side. The new chapter got even more interesting. However, she was curious about the balance part. Was she always a Jedi if she had to find balance now? More and more theories and questions began to fill Kheera's mind, questions about who the woman could be. What her history could be, what secrets she stored. But again, she forced herself to stop those thoughts. It wasn't in her right to guess.

"Hm. When I'm not traveling, I'm basically being a Jedi? I train the Jedi order, I teach them the knowledge I hold. I save the fallen and wounded Jedi. You name it, the basics!" She stopped for a moment, thinking off what to say. "I have a young Padawan, who I train as well. Her name is Xena, such a dear!"

"Yes I have been a healer for a long time, you say you are." Rianna's dark eyes reflected the respect she had for meeting someone who had the calling of healer. A healer was so many things, and needed so much. "how long have you been a healer?" Rianna listened to her tell of what she was doing. A good knight who shared her knowledge.

Someone to talk shop with, to perhaps discuss modern meds, or techniques, or just to talk to relax. She knew from her own experience how much a healer spent each time they returned from a mission.

"Come walk with me." She assumed that the flick of the tail meant she was excited, she had see Edee do it not that she should compare Kheera to Edee the similarity of actions though were not lost on her.

"Here on Voss they are always looking for Healers to work and you have a padawan." Rianna looked around, "Is she still on your ship?" Course her padawan was not with her either he was very good at what he did, and he often had missions that took him far from her. Where was he now she wondered, was it bad to find more plants? Ian, @Ian Milàn

"You have been very busy, you could stay here and rest for a while. A jedi is always welcome here" Subjects questions and answers went back and forth with ease. They walked along the familiar foot path the green worn away from everyone walking it lead upwards towards the gardens. "There..is the temple."
