- Simple Construction: This weapon has no separate parts. The entire blade, handle, and pommel are one entire entity carved from bone. This makes it solid as can be, with no chances of breaking or falling apart under pressure
- Bone: Due to the blade being made from the bone of a creature that chews beskar and digests it, this weapon doesn’t have the same weaknesses as a typical metal blade. It’s immune to acids, and doesn’t have a melting point like most metals do.
- Lightsaber Resilience: Much like the beast it came from, this blade boasts lightsaber resilience. Enough to duel a jedi without worry of the blade being ruined.
- Unheard of Durability: Made from the Mandalorian Wyrm, this weapon is more durable than beskar in terms of solidity, yet lighter than it as well. The bone is tough enough to survive most conditions and situations, and will never fail to perform for it’s wielder.
- Terrifying Edge: The potential for a sharp edge on this weapon is quite potent due to it’s durability. Though no one has the strength, it has the potential to cut through beskar if one were to swing hard enough.
- Upkeep: Despite it’s potential sharpness, this is still a weapon made from bone. Constant upkeep is needed in order to keep that sharpness at it’s full potential. On top of this, bone needs to be constantly cleaned well in order remain well preserved. If the bone starts deteriorating, it’ll lose it’s durability.
Following the Great Wyrm hunt on Kestri, Talohn got the materials he needed to make a weapon of powerful acclaim, a blade that could match any beskad in combat while being lighter yet still. He instantly got to work making a line of intricately carved blades which he would give to those who helped him on the hunt as thanks. Despite it seemingly being in the realm of bladesmithing, it was actually a feat of carving, as bone cannot be forged. He took massive fangs from the beast and carved bone away like one would chip away stone to make a sculpture. When he was done, only a solid blade, handguard, and handle remained, all as one blade with no separate parts.
