Strengths and Weaknesses
Long hilt: A long hilt means it is able to be wielded single/two handed handed easily with breath room to change up fighting styles and holding direction.
Water Proof: Modication to the hilt via bifurcating cyclical-ignition pulse allows for the blade to be used underwater.
Okay against slugs: Due to the blade emitter creating a wide beam, when used at the right angle it can deflect slugs much better then other sabres.
Velmorite Crystal: The special crystal in the blade makes the sabre a much more high quality thin, useful against armor with small gaps.
Large target: The extra length of the hilt mean's damaging and disabling the saber is easier for other light saber users.
Cortosis Short out: Still being a standard light sabre despite its special function, the blade will short circuit if hit against a substantial amount of cortosis.
Weight: The sabre's size and weight limit how fast it can be wielded, as such careful consideration must be made when attacking.
Description:
This unique blade was the light saber used by Sky'ito's father during his time as an explore before being badly wounded and thus passed on to her. Though already owning a saber staff, she took possession of the blade out of respect and carries it as a back up weapon in-case her main one is disabled. The saber has a long hilt increasing the weight a bit but making it easier to wield and adaptable to different light-saber fighting styles, something which Sky'ito does often does.
