Theezo led a life of relative ease throughout his childhood. Granted that childhood lasted far longer than a typical near human given the lengthy growth period of Morellian's. The extended childhood and adolescent stages were always troublesome for the Morellian species as a people.
While seventy-two years might sound like the twilight years for most species, most Morellian’s are only then reaching their eighteen year old equivalent.
Having four times the lifespan of most near humans, their age cycle is their greatest weakness, as it takes great investment of time and energy to raise children. Even a single child of the Morellian species requires a near community level investment of interest to reach the young adult life cycle. The continuation of immature mental processes is the largest detriment to the species as a whole.
Theezo’s own childhood was remarkably bland for the majority of his time. His early childhood was spent practicing different things alongside his typical schooling after a certain point. The extended years of childhood for the Morellian’s allows the brain to absorb more information more readily. Alongside the extended learning period, there is practical skills training that is also started in the later years of the Morellian childhood.
During the adolescent stage, most children begin working on the physical training to keep themselves safe from harm. Physical acuity, hypervigilance, and beginning the understanding of the nuances of body language. Adolescence is the most difficult stage typically, seeing slow but often troubling physical and mental shifts that can be confusing for the slow progression of growth.
Often requiring some form of psychotherapy to help those young Morellian’s transition through adolescence, the community often becomes a sort of extended family during these times for adolescents. Often banding together to form a support system for those near to them.
After his own adolescent stage and beginning into his teen years, Theezo began to follow in his father’s footsteps of becoming an enforcer for the Morellian Commonwealth. Training with the Morrellian Enforcers for a short while and gaining proficiency with the hallmark slugthrower of the law enforcement body.
The weapon required great strength to wield and was a feat that eventually Theezo became quite proficient with. In his later years, he turned his attention to the stark broadcasts that came from the known space regions, taking an interest in what had been called The Outer Planet Alliance in particular. A swashbuckling and larger than life image began to grow in his mind of fantastic adventure and wild shootouts.
Taking the image to heart he had built in his mind, he dedicated himself to his studies with a fervor that thrilled his parents. Learning as much as he could and training as well as possible in gun-slinging to do credit to the scant broadcasts of a transceiver radio show had been blindly broadcasting his way. Upon reaching the rebellious teen years, those dreaded by most within the Morellian Commonwealth, there was excited hope that Theezo would be unlike the majority of his kind and not be a troublemaker for the Commonwealth.
And in a sense that hope was realized.
Striking out on his own after stealing a hyperspace capable craft, the young man jumped his way slowly towards the outer rim of known space to live out his image of the gun-slingers he had heard about. Only to find himself mired in debt and needing a job upon reaching the outer rim. With his skills of hand-held weapons, he began working as light duty security for a time before acquiring enough credits and credibility to purchase, via a loan, a starship of his own.
Now running shipments for both reputable, and under the table deals, he makes credits were and when he can. The ship is his home away from home as much as one can make it. While missing the Commonwealth for it's security and comforts, he does not wish to return just yet, feeling he would let himself down and never realize his dream of being known across the outer rim. For what he knows not at the moment, but for something.
With little more than his own wits he struck out into the galaxy to make his mark.

Ambidextrous though the left is noticeably slower than the right and more prone to fumble.
APPEARANCE:
Shorter than most of his species, Theezo stands well below below the shoulders of most around him. As with all his species he is red headed and hazel eyed. His build shows obvious signs of physical training, though his arms are not bulky as one might expect, toned through repetition rather than lifting heavy objects. His grip strength is surprising though he sometimes complains his hands go numb or tingle after extraneous use.
Typically well dressed and clean of engine grease, he keeps himself mostly proper when not aboard his ship. Even donning a favored jacket similar to one of the Morellian’s Oilcoat.
