There is no spoon. (Acolyte Telekinesis class, open to all)

The class would be held in a very unorthodox place, around the area were most of the submarines arrived into the academy. He sat on a stalagmite he had carved into a seat with his lightsaber and was busy breaking two more stalagmites into several equally large pieces of rocks for the class to come. Once that was done he placed the rocks in a row in front of him and placed them all down onto the ground in the very same neat order.
With that out of the way he only had to wait for the students to arrive for the class to actually begin.

Gorteko walked into the main entrance to the academy, have just left his room not long ago. While he felt very confident in his telekinetic abilities, it would never hurt to hone them more. Upon seeing the rock formation on the ground it became fairly clear what the tasks would be today. The sith would wait however, for more acolytes to arrive, and for class to start before attempting anything. Instead he was sit on his knees, his feet tucked under him, a more formal meditation position, and await what was to come.

[member="Darth Erebos"]

Seeing [member="Gorteko Graye"] sitting in front of him Erebos decided to start the class early given that he was out of patience to wait for the other students to arrive. "Acolyte Graye, it seems you are devouring all the classes that I've put up." Erebos said in a jesting tone before he stood up and seemed to look over the acolyte. "Since I've run out of patience I'm going to start the class now if you wouldn't mind. Telekinesis is the fundamental and most basic of external force powers that either a jedi or a sith can access, it is the moving of an object with one's mind by using the force as a conduit."
Without moving Erebos raised all the rocks and then placed them down once more. "However I would like to know if you have any experience in this particular skill Acolyte?"

"You offer me a portion the power I seek, how could I not attend all of your lessons?' Gorteko offered a response to [member="Darth Erebos"] jest, though he was entirely serious. The offer of one on one training was a pleasant idea, no one to get in the way, or slow the progression of his training, nothing to hold back his specific advancement. "This particular skill is my only skill of note. The only formal training I received from the old empire. It was the only skill I could hone as a bruiser of the Hutt Cartel. This is the skill that kept me alive long enough to get me here. So yes, I suppose I have some experience." His tone was neutral, the only purpose behind his words were to provide his instructor with an understanding of where Gorteko had come from his reliance on this particular skill.

Crentice had heard about that a telekinesis class had started not all to long ago. He didn't initially sign up for the class, but he decided he would go ahead and join in on what appeared just the teacher and one student. He guessed that more were to arrive in time. However, this class had been running for a short time now, and yet nobody but this one [member="Gorteko Graye"] was the student there. Since these were however, open lessons, Crentice would take part in these. Crentice walked into the room and bowed his head at the knight before him, [member="Darth Erebos"]. He then thought to himself that there might be some punishment sort of punishment, but he would deal with that when the time came. Crentice sat down and listened on what would be happening in the class.

"Hmm raise four stones without moving and once they are off the ground make them orbit around you, being able to do telekinesis without moving or even having to gesture is a rare talent to master acolyte [member="Gorteko Graye"]." With that he walked a little to the side and noticed [member="Crentice"] had entered the training area so to speak. "And you are?" He then said gesturing towards Crentice to approach him.

Crentice listened to the lesson part that was being said by [member="Darth Erebos"] before he did anything. Upon receiving the notion to approach the knight, Crentice moved toward him and said, "My name is Crentice. I am a acolyte here. I have decided that I would take this class to learn more about the power of telekinesis and how to better control it." Crentice had ulterior motives with this training. Not just for its practical use, however to morph with other powers of the force, making him prepared for some bad case scenarios.

Following the instruction of [member="Darth Erebos"] Gorteko began focusing on the stones. They began to life slowly, one by one, and moved toward him, as he stood there motionless. The revolutions were slow, and the stones seemed to wobble as they orbited the sith. While he was used to controlling four objects at once, these were much heavier than the blasters in his robes; making it much more difficult to control. His practice did allow him to accomplish this task, though he would only be able to keep this up for nearly three more minutes before he would need to lighten his load or rest altogether.

"My lord, as you can see, I've not masted such a skill, I'm just fairly adept in it's practice. After completion of the old sith academy, this was the one skill I was granted by the Empire. Years of practice have gotten me this far, but without guidance I have failed to expand my ability." As Gorteko spoke, one could notice a change in his breathing, he was clearly expending too much energy on this task, by now he probably only had about two and a half minutes.

[member="Crentice"]

Erebos looked towards [member="Crentice"] and with a gesture asked him to show what he could do with two boulders that were to his side. Moving back to [member="Gorteko Graye"] to guide him a bit more while Crentice got started. "You're expending too much of your energy while you use this skill, lower the power you are expending, pace yourself. Think of the skills in the force as muscles, at least that is how I view them, the more you use it and the more you practice it will grow but you still have to use it in the correct way." Erebos said as he raised his hand up and stopped Graye's boulders with his own power, directed by his hand to keep them still.
"Think on this Acolyte, you are sith not a blind follower like the jedi, we use our intellect, everything at our disposal and we know when to use a scalpel instead of a hammer and vice versa." He said before he let the rocks go from his power.

Crentice was told to see what he could do with te boulders next to him, by [member="Darth Erebos"] and so he looked at them and made a judgment call. He had little experience in telekinesis. This would be easy if he could reach out his hand, but as was not supposed to, he stood there. Crentice closed his eyes and tried to imagine himself picking up the two boulders next to him. Slowly the first one rose. Following after, the second one rose. Yet again, slowly. Upon having them reach around his chest level, they dropped on the ground, causing loud crashes. For Crentice to barely know about this skill and how it works, he thought that was pretty good. It definitely his best shot at doing it. Now he needed to be able to lift heavier things, and do it for a prolonged period of time.

[member="Gorteko Graye"]

"I need to exercise the force? I suppose that only makes sense, the more I use it, the more proficient I become.' Gorteko thought just before the boulders stopped, it seemed no matter how much he put into it they refused to budge. This was the difference in their power, this was what would drive his training from now on, to achieve that level of strength. Once [member="Darth Erebos"] released the rocks, they fell to the floor, tumbling a few feet farther away from the acolyte. The sith had expended all he could for the moment and needed some time to recover. Gorteko would then sit on his knees, his feet folded under him, his hands on his thighs, one of the more traditional mediating positions than Gorteko had grown accustomed to. As he meditated and recovered his strength, he thought on other things such as the other training he still needed to do, the other classes he was participating and other things of that nature. After a short time, one of the rocks lifter and began to make revolutions around the acolyte. After some more time, another rock followed suit. No third rock would join, but the two continued their revolutions as Gorteko continued to meditate.

[member="Crentice"]

While [member="Gorteko Graye"] was busy meditating and reorganize himself as he gathered his strength back, Erebos decided to help acolyte [member="Crentice"] with his training as Gorteko seemed to have his bit handled for now. "Before you truly seep yourself into this skill, I would like to know what is the foundation that your'e building upon." He asked as he observed how Crentice raised the two boulders up without moving, impressive if his skill with Telekinesis was low, it showed aptitude in anything.

Crentice glanced at [member="Darth Erebos"] after he finished pondering how to make his form better and explained, "Well, I am sure it is not the correct method of doing telekinesis, it does work. But I base it off of the same method I use for Force Pull and Force Push. With those I envision a hand reaching out from my real hand to grab something and throw it or bring it to me. With telekinesis, I try to imagine two hands reaching out and grabbing something and lifting it up and have it do I find it necessary to do. Which normally isn't problem if my hands guide it, but without my hands to guide the Force, it is still quite ineffective as I lack both technique and practice."

[member="Gorteko Graye"]

Zratos hurried in upset that he was late. How could he be such an idiot! He needed to practice and he figured coming to the class would help him learn. As soon as his eyes found Erebos he walked over "I apologize for being late my lord. I had forgotten how to open doors so i pulled instead of pushed. I beg that you will forgive me for my rudeness." His multiple arms glided in front of him as he keeled in front of the Sith awaiting a response.

(I couldn't help myself i seriously forgot how to open a door for about 10 minutes.)

"An interesting manner of using this skill but instead of thinking of a hand try to envision your own being expanding towards the object and raising it with your very mind. You shouldn't try to use telekinesis without the help of using your hands to guide it for yourself until you become a little more proficient with this skill but the fact you already can do this much with such little training does tell me you have talent in this skill. As such I would recommend you train in this skill as much as you can, but for now raise those two stones up and make then orbit around each other while using your hands to guide them." Erebos then said to [member="Crentice"] as he showed him what he meant with a single gesture towards the pair of stones the acolyte had raised on his very own.

When [member="RoyaleChaos"] came to him, Erebos turned his faceless mask towards him, without moving he exerted a heavy force on top of the acolyte as if an oppressive force was attempting to push him down into the ground. He only exerted enough so that the acolyte would feel something like that without outright slamming the acolyte into the ground. "I do not take tardiness lightly, do not come late to one of my classes again." He said before he released his power from the acolyte.
"What is your name acolyte and how much do you know about telekinesis?"

Zratos kept on his knees not looking up "My Name is Zratos and i know most of the basics of telekinesis. I promise that i will not be late to your class ever again sir." He then shot his head up revealing the many red dots covering his grey and scarred face for a second before his hood fell back down and recovered the upper portion of his face showing only his mouth stuffed with teeth.

Crentice took into thought about what [member="Darth Erebos"] had suggested as did his next task. Since for now, he could use his hands, he knew his task had just gotten five times easier, and this would be nothing at all, since now, Crentice could easily do this as it required much less mental effort. Crentice raised up his hands, almost at the same time, the rocks went up with them. Crentice motioned his arms accordingly, sending the rocks around each other. This, while much easier than using it without hands, still required a decent amount of concentration. Perhaps not full, but a large bit. And so when [member="RoyaleChaos"] entered the room, his concentration had gotten interrupted, and the rocks almost hit the floor again. This time, Crentice was able to use the force before they had touched, being roughly six inches away from the ground.

[member="Gorteko Graye"]

"Add two more stones to the rotation... And don't loose your concentration again or the punishment will be more rocks to lift." Erebos added to [member="Crentice"] as a side not before he focused once more on [member="RoyaleChaos"], The acolyte at least knew respect which was a good start he presumed. "Acolyte Zratos, Notice what acolyte Crentice is doing and do the same exercise but begin with holding one rock up in the middle with two others orbiting around the middle one." He said as he gestured to the rock pile He had prepared before hand.

With the other two out of the way he returned to [member="Gorteko Graye"]. "How are you coming along now Acolyte Gorteko?" He asked as his tone was back to being the icy calm it had been before the interuption.

Gorteko had been listening all the while, as he usually does while meditating. By the time [member="Darth Erebos"] approached, the man was already rising to his feet. "Much better I believe, my lord." As he spoke the two rocks continued their revolutions around the sith. The time he had spent meditating was more than enough to recover what energy he had expended earlier. The instruction he was given proved to be very usefull as well; he had already changed the way he held the rocks, applying only what was needed to carry them, and with much more control than before. So much so that he was able to set the rocks down to their original position with minimal sound coming from them touching down onto the ground. "What is required of me now sir?"

@Crentice @RoyaleChaos

"It is time to test your concentration. Stand on your hands and aid your balance with the force, then place the stones one by one on the soles of your feet until you can barely hold them any longer. This exercise should allow you to hone not only your skill in telekinesis but also allow you to hone your concentration at the same time." Erebos then said as he gestured towards a flat surface for [member="Gorteko Graye"] to begin. A sith must always push his limits to find his own weaknesses and then build them into strengths.

That was the lesson his disgrace of a master had imprinted upon Erebos and as much as he had begun to hate him, he saw some reasoning in the lessons he had been taught by the man. With a look towards [member="Crentice"] and [member="RoyaleChaos"] to see if they were begining in the tasks he had set before them he then raised one rock up and crushed it into as many smaller peacied as he could. "All of you should know that your use for telekinesis is one of the most versatile out of all the force abilities as it's use is only limited by your own imagination." While he said this he had his hand extended and the much smaller rocks seemed to mimic the flurry of a large scale stafighter only battle above his hand.
