Fondor
Southern Hemisphere
Omega Holographic Training Facility AKA "The Pit"
Noah sighed as he looked over the massive facility from the facility's control room in the center. Ever since the Alliance had taken control of Fondor, though it was run independently by the Pyre as a sort of local corporate government that extended to Thyferra, Yag'Dhul and Abregado-Rae, they had expanded The Pit nearly doubling it to be one hundred kilometers by one hundred kilometers. Due to these billions of credits that the Alliance had put into it the Pyre allowed them to use it free of charge.
And that was the reason Noah was here today. Someone in the Alliance had requested him and one thousand of the most elite contractors that the Pyre could spare to train fifty-thousand Alliance Soldiers and Marines. Appearently the general who had hired them wanted a joint force of Alliance Marines and Soldiers to use as a sort of shock troop to break the enemy lines. Noah had meet the general already, Lieutenant General Erwin S. Montgomery, and to say they didn't get along was a understatement. General Montgomery had come dressed in full uniform with all his awards and decorations and what meet by Noah and two senior advisors in bare fatigues, sans rank and name, in the standard digitized grays and blacks of the Omega Pyre.
Needless to say the good general was neither impressed nor thought too highly of the two men and one woman that met him. But that mattered little to the contractors, it was their job to train these soldiers and not placate their commanding officer.
Noah looked down at the datapad in his hand and scanned over the lists he made. Noah had divided the twenty-five thousand Alliance Marines and Soldiers into groups of twenty-five allowing each group to have a single instructor. This allowed for more in depth training and guidance.
Also on the datapad was a list of the types of trainings that they would be conducting and in what order.
