This months small thread Faction goals

Hey this is the first set of small thread faction goals, make sure when you select one that you tell me. When you do the thread the "FACTION" tag absolutely needs to be in place.

1. the creation of a fleet: someone come up with enough people to man a fleet. can be pirates given a privater license or stuff like that make it interesting.
2. Hunt Pirates, criminals and other troublemakers: self explanatory
3. Set up trade agreements to keep is in bullets and bandages
