Thomas Førde is a third-generation Naboo Human who grew up upper-middle class to bureaucrat parents. Showing a rowdier tendency than his parents, Thomas quickly took an interest in the field of Law Enforcement and decided to enroll in the Coruscant Academy. An excellent student, he received a full-ride scholarship in a Criminal Justice higher degree upon graduation and secured a job in the Alliance Marshal Service.​

His career grew fast due to his knowledge, instincts, networking ability, and high-risk appetite. After a brief stint in the Protective Operations Division, Tom was transferred to the Investigative Operations Division and in no time ascended to be one of the youngest Alliance Marshal in the organization history, heading the Investigative Operations Division. ​

Recently, Thomas was transferred to SIA, mandated as a Senior Agent of the Diplomatic Services division after the event that saw the Deep Core and Core Worlds invaded by the Dark Empire and the move of Alliance’s capital to Fondor. It is possible that he was transferred to SIA to revitalize a non-nonsense, above-the-law swiftness that has been missing in the agency as of late.​
