The Phoenix
Thyrian's Personal Ship
The little squirrel was on the Ashborn's ship which, if he remembered correctly, was called "The Phoenix". An interesting name, but suitable, considering the last name of the man. Theo's little brain already understood stuff like that. He was not too stupid even though his brain was really small and not capable of knowing too much.

He was currently just running around the ship, trying to find something cool to do. He had tried to be a bit calmer for some time, but he saw no visions and that was quite boring. Most of the times, he didn't even talk to the man who had brought him to his ship. At all. He had his own stuff to do and Theo knew he would only be a distraction, a little problem. So that is why the little Nelvaan squirrel tried to do stuff on his own. At first when they had left his home planet, he was amazed by the beauty of space. All the stars he saw were so beautiful and he had much to look at. But soon his amazement was gone and he had had to start doing other things.

He had tried to sleep a bit, but that was not possible, considering the fact that he was feeling too hyper to get any rest. The day had been wonderful, full of miracles even, and the excitement wouldn't let such a little creature go to bed. In space, day and life were nonexistent and the squirrel didn't know if he was supposed to sleep or not, the transition from a planet to a spaceship had been a bit too much for him. He was only four months old, after all. A baby.

The young Sith Acolyte had said his goodbyes to his family and everybody else, assuring them he will be alright with the man. They did not believe him much, but when Theo told the rest of his kind he would return to the planet some time, they finally let him go. And actually, they even understood a sentient had no place amongst those who had not been granted such a power.

"Ashborn," Theo squeaked after he had sat down on the chair next to the man, "where are we going?"

It didn't matter where they were going. There was no place Thyrian could truly call 'home', especially not since his Queen disappeared on him. No, for now the two were vagabonds; wanderers without a destination. Even so, he had a singular goal in mind that he would not share with anyone. Not even little [member="Theo"], who he had no reason not to trust. This was deeply personal to him - the only thing in life he could call such - and something he had to do without anyone potentially hindering him. Even talking squirrels.

"Does it matter, little one? First thing's first; we'll need better equipment and provisions, and I know where we'll find 'em both", he said to the tiny furball verging on drowning in the leather seat beside him. Had he been capable of emotions other than indifference and self-loathing at this point in time, he would've found him adorable beyond measure. But he was not, nor would he indulge himself had he been. "We're going to planet Teth. There is an underground base there which'll have everything we need. I'll still have clearance to get in. I was there when it was first constructed, after all."

The ship went to lightspeed. It would take several hours before arriving. "Come along, Theo", he said as he arose from his seat and stepped off the bridge and out into the corridor leading to the training locales. "You didn't come with me just to sit by and watch, did you?" he muttered as the doors slid open with a hiss, revealing the circular room.

Theo had really never heard of a planet called Teth, he had actually never heard of any other planets, so wandering in space was so fun. It was not his first time to hear about space travel but it was definitely his first time to actually see what the space looks like, what everything outside his planet looks like. It was so interesting to be there, sitting next to Ashborn, just wandering around the seemingly endless space. Because he saw no end to it.

"We will live on the ship and go around? And we can see all the beautiful places?" Theo asked, but that was a question not to be answered as its answer was already really obvious. For a few moments he just looked outside, looked at the millions of stars he saw, and his mouth was open because of the beauty, of the surprise, the amazement. But there was much time to admire the pretty universe, and Theo had to go with his owner.

The man was already up and wanted him to follow the Ashborn.

"No..." he squeaked an an answer to the man's most recent question as they were walking towards the room where they were most likely supposed to train. He knew Ashborn was able to use the Force. He just knew that. And since Theo was able to do that, he thought it would be logical to think he is going to train the squirrel.

"Now..." he said, as he looked around the room. "I don't think I have anything in the way of weaponry that would fit you, unfortunately", he mumbled as he rummaged through his practise equipment. All training sabers were way to large for anyone so small to wield. Not really a surprise when he though about it; all he had aboard was gear belonging to himself, after all. But it didn't matter. He knew one could not toss someone a lightsaber a expect him to pick it up without proper training. The little one probably didn't know what the Force was, even, much less how to control it. "Hmm... take a seat on the floor, [member="Theo"]." Let's see if he could choose his words correctly when explaining the Force to a talking squirrel. Just typing that sentence caused the writer of this character minor brain damage.

Taking a seat at the centre of the room, crossing his legs Thyrian awaited the youngling to follow suit before continuing. He eyed the creature for a moment prior to speaking, wanting to smile but could not due to his cold outward appearance. It was as if his facial muscles wouldn't let him, he was so broken. "Have you heard about the 'Force', acolyte?"

As soon as they reached the room, Theo looked around a bit, but not too much. His head already hurt a bit of all the changes in his little head, so he tried not to be too surprised and amazed of the room, but instead just do as the Ashborn told him to do - he sat down. Seeing a squirrel sit was something not many people often saw, considering how a squirrel's natural "sitting" stance was on their feet. Now Theo did something not many squirrels did. He tried to sit like a human. His small legs were really too short to cross his legs, but he managed to hold himself in this stance for a short time. However, he had to rise to his feet again. There was no way a squirrel could just... sit.

Then he looked at Ashborn again. He was already sitting, too. "I have heard of it, but I don't know what it is," he spoke with his chirping and squeaking voice. Thank Force she was able to talk in Galactic Basic Standard. Otherwise he would have just been a useless Force-sensitive being. "It's this magic we use, isn't it?"
