Ever since Grand Admiral Vel'alari declared the very public formation of the Bilbringi Imperial Remnant , the Sularen Association had maintained maximum interest in the Imperial Splinter Faction with the Politorate keeping a close eye on the faction while the higher ups at the Association planned on what type of approach they would take with the BIR. Then in 863 ABY an opportunity opened up. With the Cold War ravaging between the Galactic Alliance and New Imperial Order , the Association saw their chance to bring some worlds under their influence by using the intergalactic conflict as their cover.
So SularenCo got to work using it's Facilities in the Deep Core to begin producing state of the art vessels and initiating Project Warhawk , a long planned operation devised by SularenCo's COO [Chief Operating Officer] Kitrep Drayson involving utilizing already existing warships and starfighters already at the disposal of the Sularen Association and "recycle" elements of these starships to produce new state-of-the-art warships and starfighters in order to surpass the Products of Megacorporations such as the KDY and Trade Federation.
With the impressive results brought by preliminary trials for Project Warlock such as the TIE/x1 Advanced Heavy Starfighter Prototype , SularenCo began works on the Thrawn Ascendant , the first of vessel of a planned line of Custom Heavy Battlecarriers based on the Dictator-Class Battlecruiser of Nargath Holdings with the intent to create a line of Heavy Battlecrarrier to mimic Credius Nargath's efforts and bring SularenCo into prominence within the Galactic Market as well as to provide the Leader of the Bilbringi Imperial Remnant with a shinny new flagship.
Equipped with various advanced systems such as Gravity Wells , HIMS , Stygium Cloaking Devices , Advanced Droid Brains and most notably SularenCo's Shield X Protocol the Thrawn Ascendant is truly a unique battlecruiser holding alot of firepower and having a large stockpile of starfighters at it's disposal making it a dangerous opponent on the battlefield with the ship dwarfing other Capital Ships created by other Major Factions.
