The Joint Operations Center was buzzing with activity as naval personnel and droids went about preparing for the coming meeting. Three large data screens dominated one wall of the room, each one covered with spreadsheets, graphs and walls of text. Even for a military mind it was an overwhelming amount of information. Shan had been compiling it all for several months at this point, and only recently had he been able to get it down to this understandable version. Months of work, countless hours of preparation all leading to today. Leading to this moment.

The doors for the Joint Operation Center were opened; two Diarchy Naval Stormtroopers in the gray armor and golden cloaks standing to either side of the doors as they swung open. The invitation to today's briefing had been originally focused to a select few members of the Diarchy, but after discussion with several of his other officers, Shan had expanded to list of those that were welcome.

What would be discussed today was valuable information to every man, woman and child within the Diarchy. They all deserved to know the truth.

"Welcome, please take a seat," Shan said, nodding his head to everyone as they filed in to the waiting amphitheater style seating, each row ascending higher and higher from the ground level. Each seat had a clear view of the data screens on the far wall, unobstructed by the large holotable set in the middle of the room. That holotable was currently displaying the flickering image of a planet, white text in galactic basic slowly circling the world and naming it for all those who did not know the world by sight, something very few in the room would not be able to do in the coming weeks if Shan's fears were true.

On the holotable was the world of Entralla.

The Diarch had been advised of the situation unfolding of course, but he joined Shan within The Joint Operations Center for the briefing.
Reign had a stern look on his face, one that seemed to be constant lately, tensions in the galaxy had been rising quickly since their ascension to a major power.

The Planet on the holotable Reign noted, was the planet Entralla, an important world to the Diarchy as it housed the Kuat-Entralla drive yards, and shared a close proximity to the banking planet Muunilinst. Though many of those gathered may not have known its significance, it also was the closest planet to their border with the neighboring power of the Dark Empire.

The Diarch took the seat that was offered when he entered, and awaited the arrival of the other members of the Diarchy, eyes locked on the High Admiral.

Tertius generally wasn't certain how to approach this whole compromis he had agreed upon with the Diarchy. He hadn't been certain on having been offered the title of Minister of Finance, a position which while it made sense...simply could not be properly combined with his position as both a souvereign citizen of Eriadu nor his position as the chairman of a galaxy spanning corporation with multiple factions on their clientlist. Even now, when the compromise was to be appointed as a Financial Advisor and financial backer to the entire faction at large, the Marquis of Valkan was still somewhat hesitant to what his exact roll was to be in all of this.

However, even when hesitant and perhaps somewhat perturbed by the challenge of combining all the functions and positions he held, the fact that the current briefing would entail the Diarchy's future and more importantly its relation to the Dark Empire, meant that the Marquis of Valkan simply could not deny this briefing and the potential profit he'd be able to get out of this.

Arriving with a small contingent of Valkan Guards, a sight that should not have been that foreign for those who knew him, but perhaps still somewhat intimidating for those who didn't, the current Financial Advisor to the Diarchy motioned his Guards to remain outside and cooperate with the Diarchy Troopers, while he found himself walking inside the Joing Operations Center, though rather than taking a seat at the front of the aula, the Marquis paused for a bit as he stepped inside, deciding for now to take on a more observative roll by taking a seat at the back, keen to first hear what would be said by those more 'in the know' on the situation at hand.

High Admiral Pellian was a very proactive individual, something Damos was simultaneous appreciative of and annoyed by. His annoyance didn't come from any personal opinion towards the High Admiral. Simply just the fact that, Pellian's work usually required high-ranking members of the Diarchy to participate. Damos never liked to be away from his work, especially considering he had his own infrastructure to organize. Especially as the Diarchy's presence was becoming more notorious on the galactic stage, Damos wanted to make sure he got his work done just as much as anyone else did. But Shan was always worth listening.

Diarch Reign was here as well and the newly appointed Minister of Finance Tertius C. Nargath Tertius C. Nargath and it was clear with so much going on that there was a reason why Shan called everyone in.

He noticed that Entralla was on display. Didn't know much about the world, maybe Shan found a new fuel source for his starships on it.

The Co-head moved through the facility on route to the joint operations center. Waving and having brief yet "important" conversations with those who decided to step up to him with their problems. He tried his best to hear the plights or concerns of his citizens but was in a hurry. He could sense Reign was already in the operations room.

Upon his arrival he noticed the Valkan Guards at the door. He had always enjoyed Tertius's company from afar and had hoped to one day take himself and Varis to do a hunt upon Eriadu. Something he would try to negotiate with the man one day. In the meantime the guards let him pass without trouble. Presumably well trained to know who the two heads of state were.

As he entered the closest man to him was Tertius. He gave the noble a bow. He descended the steps forward and as he did so he did the same again to Damos.

Arriving near the seats closest for the presentation he lowered his head to the High admiral Shan and apologized for his tardiness.
"Thank you for your patience. It is not easy for a Diarch to walk these grounds without being stopped several times." He did not make light of the situation by laughing or smiling. He kept the decorum fit for the respect Shan deserved. He bowed to the man as he did the others. Raised his head and gave a quick nod. Signaling he was ready when Shan was.

Than proceeding to his left he sat adjacent to his brother Reign. Ensuring the two would be able to voice any concerns people had on either side of the room if the Admiral wanted them too.
