General Victus is tall and uses his height to his advantage, seeking to dominate most conversations by looking down on, physically, those he is conversing with. His bearing clearly shows he is cut from noble stock, and he almost always dresses in uniform. His previously blonde hair has almost gone completely grey, and his blue eyes have faded over the years. However, his manner is imperious and commands the attention of those in his vicinity.
BIOGRAPHY:
Born in 786ABY, during the death throes of the Gulag Plague, Tiber was born into a family of privilege. An aristocrat of Commenor, he was commissioned into the military at an early age (being the second son, his brother Quinton older by a year). After spending four years at the Commenor Military Academy, earning a Bachelor of Business as well as graduating as Battalion Sergeant Major, he was immediately transferred to the military proper. Working his way through the ranks of the 4th Battalion, 12th Infantry Regiment and various training establishments, Victus quickly became bored and dissatisfied with the lack of actual conflict and the constant wargaming.
However, with changes in the galaxy come opportunities for old dogs who have not had a chance to prove themselves. Leaving Commenor after more than thirty years of service, General Victus offers his services to the Lords of the Fringe, hoping for one last campaign for the galaxy to remember him by.
