- Wealth: Medium The city is a trading city, offering trinkets and tours of the coast, and the reef. As part of Kattada, the city does rely on exports, mostly of decorate corals, medicines, and salt.
- Stability: High As a coastal city, Tidehome is primarily resort based, offering vacation packages, and trinket trades. The city has a very low impact on the planet and is seen as a safe place.
- Freedom & Oppression: Tidehome is a very free city. Mainly home to tourism based industries, and the home to the Blue Coral Diver Clan. The Clan offers a lot protection, tours, and medical research.
- Description: Tidehome is a city along the coast of one of the larger islands on Kattada. Not a sprawling urban center, it quickly became home to displaced members of various races coming out of hostile space. A small port for skiffs and pleasure yachts, the city is a mixture of submerged structures and a small village of wood structures among coral growths on the surface. Off the coast, however, among the reef are kelp farmers, and sponge and coral divers. They are sustainably harvested and many have medical or uses by the Blue Coral Divers in their spells. The Blue Coral Divers, at least fragments of the Clan, had made a move to the world following the turn-over in leadership, being displaced by the SIth during the wars.
- The Docks – The docks are set up to allow for small vessels, with the only way to access the island being by water, as there is no starport.
- Reef and Kelp Farms – Under the water, there are farms set up to sustainably harvest decorative corals and medical and edible kelp.
- The Market – Above ground there is an open air market, based off of tidal and wind power. Many people come to the city for vacation and the market is set up for trinkets.
- Undersea Structures – Under the water off the coast of Tidehome, there are a number of hybrid coral and developed structures, used for vacation as well as dwellings for the residents.
SECURITY
Medium – The Coral Diver Clan witches do keep security on the city, and will be there to help mediate most issues, with help from the local Kattadan policing units.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The city is newer in the ages of Kattada. When Brooke Waters was brought to the world with the Jedi Praxeum, moving in with the Silver Jedi Concord, her people banded together with other displaced refugees from aquatic worlds to assemble smaller cities, Tidehome is just one of them.
