Considering the role of this ship and its light armament, I think you could do with upgrading it to a class 1 hyperdrive and sublight speed. It's a scout and speed is its ally. Beside that, I don't see a problem with this ship.

Well, the ship is a scout and is underarmed to allow for increased time out in space and speed. I don't see any other issues with it, except that you need credit to the artist. So slap that on there and you are good to go.
