STANDARD FEATURES
Designed by Gordon and the best nautical engineers of Cygnus Spaceworks, the TIE/IX Infiltrator is an experimental starfighter. Each starship is hand built by Gordon and has been primarily distributed to the top starfighter aces and special forces operators of the New Imperial Order, with a select few gifted to its most senior officers and leaders.
Through his extensive study of Technoid Manufactorum technology during his service with the Imperial Armada, Gordon was able to be determine all possible optimizations to the design of the TIE/INx Interceptor, primarily structurally reinforcing weak-points with additional armor plating and shielding, increasing the efficiency and power generation of its solar panels, and completely re-architecting the electronic systems.
A HS-10 "Hermes" Class Hyperdrive was installed into the TIE/IX Infiltrator, not only having one of the fastest possible hyperdrive classes but also being able to navigate hyperspace, sub-hyperspace and otherspace. The B-10 "Tensai" Droid Brain of the hyperdrive is seamlessly integrated with the Infiltrator's central TXD DB-SR01x 'Powerslave' Droid Brain. The B-10 was reprogrammed to solely be responsible for handling navigational computing, being able to allocate the now-freed memory banks and computing power to the 'Powerslave' Droid Brain as auxiliary computational machines.
In addition to a cutting-edge hyperdrive, the TIE/IX Infiltrator is also equipped with state of the art stealth system. The primary component, the Cloaking Device, is based off the Mk. III Stygium Cloaking Device of the TIE/ph Phantom with a similar mode of operation. Like the TIE/ph Phatnom, the Infiltrator has a built-in protocol that allowed the pilot to fire its weapon systems at any point, automatically disengaging and re-engaging the cloaking device during every volley. This allowed the starfighter to be virtually invisible the vast majority of the time, even during a dogfight, giving a significant tactical advantage during engagements.
In order to prevent the proprietary technologies of the TIE/IX Infiltrator from falling into enemy hands, extensive cybersecurity and anti-slicing measures are in place to prevent from the Infiltrator from being tampered with. In case of compromise, a DS 'Killbox' Anti-Tamper Unit ensures that nothing will be left behind, which if possible, will sync with the singularity formation of the BWR-44 "Minerva" Class Reactor to completely erase the Infiltrator's existence.

- Imperator's Wings: The TIE/IX Infiltrator was built off the successful design of the TIE/INx Interceptor and improved upon ten-fold. With a significantly more powerful singularity reactor built with denser and larger solar panels to sustain greater energy utilization of its IE-10 Event Horizon Ion Drive, the Infiltrator can reach unparalleled heights of top-notch sublight speeds and maneuverability.
- Absolute Shade: Built with Advanced ECM systems, a Stygium Crystal Cloaking Device, engine bafflers, and even a coating of Nightshadow, the TIE/IX Infiltrator is virtually undetectable when cloaked. The ECM systems are capable of denying powerful military-grade sensors, specialized scanners and the homing computers aboard missiles and torpedoes.
- Reach of the Empire: With a 0.5 Class Hyperdrive, the TIE/IX Infiltrator is able to traverse extended distances faster than most starships.
- Pierce the Steel Curtain: A HIMS ensures that the TIE/IX Infiltrator will travel unhindered by interdiction fields.
- Ravenous Energy Consumption: The Stygium Crystal Cloaking Device causes significant drains to the TIE/IX Infiltrator's power supply, leaving it unable to fire its weapons when cloaked.
- Dense Electronics: Even with Faraday cage components and meticulously architected electronic systems to minimize the effects of ionic attacks, the TIE/IX Infiltrator is weak to ionic weapons, particularly its engines. Once a single ionic energy bolt lands on the Infiltrator's hull, the Cloaking Device is disabled until the starship can be deionized.
- Limited Firepower: Due to the intensive energy requirements of the propulsion systems and the numerous advanced systems, the weapon systems were significantly reduced to the minimal viable combat load out.
- No Compromises: If damaged or tampered with, the BWR-44 "Minerva" Class Reactor will create a massive implosion that will devastate everything--especially its pilot--in a very large radius around itself.
- Front Facing Armaments The TIE/IX Infiltrator must maneuver to line its weapon systems, reducing the efficiency
