Time to Convert Some Cargo Freighters

[member="Alric Kuhn"]

Terras wanted to get filthy rich, and he had just the right strategy in mind on how he would accomplish that. Unfortunately, doing so would take time, some aggressive negotiations, and some highly modular heavy freighters. Such was why Terras the corpulent Twi'lek businessman found himself headed towards Byblos, where the corporate headquarters of Vanir Technologies were located so that he could meet up to discuss possible contracts with the company's executive.

VT-Gundark Class Heavy Freighter was the name of the type of ship that Terras was hoping to get a deal for. He would need a few of them to start off his business, and he wanted to see if he could lease them at an affordable price. Soon, Terras's private shuttle had landed on the headquarter's shipyard. The ramp lowered, and emerged the obese purple man, who walked down the ramp with two Twi'lek female escorts following him down on either side.

Alric simply stood at the end of the landing pad.

There was no need to make Terras Zordok wait, no need to stall the meeting. As far as he was concerned this entire thing would be rather quick and easy. The Gundark was mostly used right now by Vanir Technologies itself, if he could sell a few to smaller corporations he would be more than happy with that. The Vessels were large, efficiently built to accommodate most things, and importantly they were cheap to build. Alric had meant to convert a few of them into luxury liners, but really the project had never taken off.

"Greetings." His voice was warm, charismatic as always.

This meeting would be an interesting one, most of the time when he was on business people came alone, they didn't bring dates.

Then again Alric was always up for a bit of oddity.

"Ah, it's a pleasure to meet you." the corpulent Twi'lek said, offering up his thick hand for a quick handshake. "You have quite a nice place here, Mr. Kuhn." Terras complimented with a warm smile. "I was wondering, perhaps, if we could tour a VT-Gundark Class Heavy Freighter if you had any docked here at headquarters." he began. He then motioned for his female escorts to get back to his ship, as he didn't really see their need in this business discussion.

"How much would a single VT-Gundark Class Heavy Freighter cost?" the Twi'lek asked, knowing fully well that he individually had not the financial backing secured to pay the entire expense of buying a whole heavy freighter. Instead, Terras was seeking to get himself a good leasing deal for three or four of the freighters, since more than one would be neccessary to start his cruise-liner business.

"I see." he would say in response to the price. "I was curious then, at what price you would be willing to lease each of your heavy freighter? I am looking to lease the freighters to begin with, but I assure that I will pay off the full purchase within five years."
