Times have changed

[member="Teagan Stoirm"]

A long time had passed, sometimes people will get lost in that crazy moment where the winds of time will hide them from sight

However, one name had come back to her, someone that head worked along side her and her missing husband, teagan stoirm. Last she remembered he was a great warrior and someone else she felt she could trust

And so she sent a message and location, for him to come and speak to her

Clan Raxis hadn't had much need for an engineer since Alor Gray had disappeared. The entire clan was scattered to the winds and only the fighters saw any use as of late. The clan did fighting before but it was never the focus, so it was hard for Teagan to figure out his place. Before he would repair the ships and speeders they used if there was a battle or just the regular maintaining of them. Now however with the mercenary work being so emphasized all he could do was go out and try to find work on his own. This was making Teagan wonder why the clan even still existed and wasn't just some merc company but it turned out one of the clan members did have one.

So with all of that going on, Teagan was not expecting to be getting a sudden message from [member="Stardust Raxis"] out of nowhere. The alor's wife had summoned him to come speak with her at a specified time and place. He wasn't sure what he did or needed to do but it was finally a chance to do more than sort of drive himself nuts just doing salvage work all the time. The only problem for him though was finding a ship to take him to where he needed to go. He managed to pull it off though and was on his way to meet with the twi'lek woman. Maybe his situation was finally going to turn around and improve for him.

Clan raxis was torn, ever since the planets destruction the clan had been separated, she felt talking to someone from the past will help

So she sat at her gate as she waited, she saw teagan approaching and stood fully as she came to meet him as she looked him over and nodded

teagan I presume? It's been awhile vod, how have you been

She said motioning for him to follow her as she started walking to her house

It turned out that finding a transport was more difficult for Teagan than he thought it would be. The planet he was suppose to meet with [member="Stardust Raxis"] at seemed to be having some issues and so security was tight there. It was tight enough in fact that most didn't want to try to squeeze a passenger through with their goods because of the checks. His only option in light of that was finding a smuggler to take him and that cost him more credits than he imagined it would, but he made it to where it was he was suppose to be going. The ride to the planets always seemed to require the most creative thinking out of everything for his trips.

After finally making it on time somehow, Teagan was greeted by the wife of his alor...former alor. Even the clan didn't know who was to take up the position anymore seeing how divided the ideals had become with the mercenaries pretty much spitting in the face of what Alor Gray had wanted from the clan. Family, Honor, Clan. That is why the people of Doldur joined the clan after they were aided in their rebellion. It was the ideas of helping one another out that mattered to them yet the idea of doing mercenary work for credits and glory didn't sit so well with most of them. They didn't say it out in the open for fear of the rift becoming bloody, but it was always there being spoken in the shadows.

Star spoke and was off before Teagan could really respond so he followed behind her quickly. He said to her as he did, " Uh yes. Greetings...vod? That is right isn't it? I still am trying to sort out the language and terms." He didn't want to insult his new culture or his clansmen but it was just not clicking for him well. He went on, " What did you need from me Mrs. Raxis? Mistress Raxis? Anyways what did you need? Is it about Alor Gray? Did you find him?" The thought of that got him excited but he had to calm himself down. He knew that was likely not the case or else the entire clan would have been informed and mobilized.

Stardust stopped at the mention of gray, she had to take a minute to compose herself...the shame, guilt, and sadness in her would almost be felt as she let a sigh and shook her head.

I have not...he is still missing...but I know he's alive...i can feel it hes...somewhere

She took a breath as she wipe a hand on her cheek away from teagan...she had to look string for the clans men she didn't want to show any weakness...

the clan needs to rally again, and I figured I would start at one someone who knows his words rather then his weapon...come on in

She said and opened the door to her modest house as she hummed tea already ready

Teagan watched as [member="Stardust Raxis"] froze and just sort of didn't look at him for a bit. He didn't need to be sensitive to the force to tell why that was. The disappearance had effected many members of the clan greatly, especially since there was no reference point to even begin a search from. So he just stopped and let her have her time. She eventually began speaking to him again and continued on. What she had to say was interesting to hear and it put a bit into perspective on the state of the clan. She was wanting to continue in the direction Alor Gray had been going it seemed while this Ard-something guy was trying to move them towards what the Mandalorian clans that opposed what their alor wanted were like. It was a rift in ideology that was far deeper than he expected.

After they entered her home and had tea ready for them, Teagan said, " The Rancor Company and Lightning Company are still loyal to what Alor Gray wanted. They have been staying out of all of this mercenary work that those others have been doing. They keep wanting to try to go out and search for the Alor or to try and do some work on restoring Mandalore or anything of value that isn't just shooting at someone because they are told to. Alor Gray talked about war being a means towards protection and prosperity. I heard it was why he kept the clan out of that Crusade against the old Republic yet took us to fight on Castamere. He didn't seem so afraid of war to me or pacifistic as he kept getting into conflicts such as Doldur, but there is some who are saying he was one and a coward in the clan now that he has been gone for so long. I didn't know him that well though so I couldn't say if it is true or not." Teagan went quiet after that and just began to drink from his tea.

Stardust sat down as she gave a sigh listening to teagan, she bowed her head at the words and gave a nod as she sighed and spoke

in war he was a force to be reckoned with and in peace a leader that led men to do great things and in the clans eyes was a great hero. To me a loving husband and...i know he'd be a good father if he was here

Stardust frowned again and bowed her heas taking a deep breatg in as she shook her head letting a few years fall before she took a breath in

he was never a coward, he took the punishment of jack raxis for the whole clan with the courage I soundly be able to muster

She said and laid her head down

and now that he's gone i...i have lost direction not a day goes that my worry goes unfestered...

She let more tears

All Teagan could do yet again was listen to what [member="Stardust Raxis"] had to say to him. He just sat there quietly as he drank from the tea that had been provided to him. He was not particularly thirsty but he had always been taught it was rude not to eat or drink a little bit when it was offered to him. He was also taught to never let things go to waste either so the combination of the two was making him unable to stop. Eventually Star was finished and it was obvious how strongly she felt about things. He was certain if he had known his Alor better then he might have felt the same way. However that was not the case so all he could do was give his heart out to the twi'lek woman.

Teagan set his cup down on the table. Star had gone silent yet again but there was a few things that he wanted to know. He asked, " I thought Alor Gray was not that well respected by the other clans all that much. I hadn't heard much about him in battle or in peace outside of what he had said about being a Mandalorian. I heard some people say he was really strong and others say he was just like any other soldier. Is that how he lost his hand though? I thought he lost it in a battle." He really didn't know much about his alor, former alor, and so all of this was somewhat new to him. He just wanted to know what the man was really like right now. Maybe knowing his alor would let him know what it meant more about being a Mandalorian.

She glanced up at teagan with tired eyes as she sighed out, she wasn't surprised new blood that joined after he left only heard stories

he was a hero to clan raxis, a man that led us through peace and war...i watched him lose his hand...the image of it still haunts me to this very day

The image flashed before her along with many others, including jacks death of him blowing up as she gripped the table

teagan...its time clan raxis gets up and starts moving around again....this time I have us a mission or...itll be covert per say...we are going to liberate this planet

It was like a sudden gear change in her head, the sad state she had turned intense

The conversation was beginning to get heavy as Teagan listened to what she had to say to him. It began with [member="Stardust Raxis"] calling her husband or former husband or whatever the marital status was now for her a hero and then it shifted into a subject that he was all too familiar with. She was wanting to start up some kind of rebellion. He wasn't sure if he heard her right though because she mentioned liberating the planet and that could many things. She could be liberating it from hunger by bringing in more food while increasing production. She could be liberating it from corruption by putting some new laws into place that limited that sort of thing. Heck she could mean she wanted to liberate it from boredom by having street performers on every corner. He certainly hoped that was what she meant though or more accurately what he prayed she meant.

Teagan just sat quietly for a few moments before he finally asked, " What do you mean by 'liberate this planet' exactly? Aren't you the Queen? I know the First Order has taken control of the area but I have hardly seen them do more than police the traffic in and out of the system. I haven't even seen any troops here. Too busy fighting with the Galactic Alliance." He just left it off right there. He didn't want to really know how she meant it. He knew deep down how she did and hoped he was day dreaming right now. He had seen enough rebellion for his life time with his homeworld of Doldur having been through it. It was even a fight the clan had taken part of.

She had A heavy heart to speak, she closed her eyes as she took a breath and sughed as she started to explain

few months ago, the council had me hold a ball to find a new king, during that agent of the first order gave me a choice...remove my council or hed do so himself...i had been under a lot of stress and lashed put at them sending them to the prison moon...i didn't really choose a new king then and was...numb for a little...now that the council is back...im looking to free this planet from imperial rule...

She took a minute to let it set in as she took a drink then spoke again

however it won't be sudden...i want them to feel it....like the old say rebellion hit and runs...sabotage....i understand if you don't wish to be part of this I fully understand...

Everything that [member="Stardust Raxis"] had to say to Teagan was just pushing the subject further and further towards what he dreaded it would be. She spoke about the recent incidents with her having her own people and the First Order both trying to make her bend to what they wanted from her. She spoke about how she wanted to take her planet back from the First Order doing exactly what his people had done on Doldur. He just had to say after she had finished speaking, " That is a terrible idea."

Teagan had to pause after he had spoken his mind. This was bringing back some terrible memories for him. The memory of entire cities being leveled with the people still inside of them. Memories of those he cared about dying in front of his eyes. Memories of pain being inflicted to him and him inflicting it on others. They were things he didn't want to think about but things he could never escape. He eventually added, " Rebelling is not the way to make things better for your people. The cost is too high and you won't win. We barely won at Doldur and that was against a much weaker enemy. Even if they are distracted by their war they still can field more then we ever could. Do you think Alor Gray would support this?"

She took the words with a frown as she looked out towards a window in thought, it did seem like a risk...even if she gathered allies enough to push the first order back they'd simply come and level the place without a single hesitation. She was silent for a second more before shaking her head

there is not much options to choose from teagan, best thing we can truely truely hope for is...well even if it is only fantasy a wormhole to literally move the planet

She said with a stab at humor chuckling to herself before sighing as she rubbed the side if her head
