The TKO-23 Sanctum Sniper Rifle does not exactly reinvent the wheel in its design, but it is innovative nonetheless. The Sniper Rifle is designed to be able to fire at a faster rate than most weapons of it caliber can, making it ideal against larger numbers of targets. That, paired with its long-range and nonexistent recoil, makes it a dangerous weapon at long ranges. Although it is a heavy and large weapon, which can encumber movement and make it unideal in close-quarters, and has a small magazine, it is still a very powerful and very deadly sniper rifle.
