TKO CODE OF CONDUCT v1.0
The following is an altered version of the SWRP: Chaos Staff Uniform Code of Conduct.
It is to be understood that admins and moderators are to be "Representatives of TKO"
The following applies to all situations conducted within the public eye of other TKO members, including SWRP: Chaos forum community and IM platforms (Skype, Discord, etc.).
Foster a positive atmosphere. We are to set the example for others, showing common courtesy, civility, and respect.
Refrain from using abusive or derogatory remarks. At no point in time issue an abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, racist, hateful or threatening remark towards a member in our outside of faction acceptable.
Be consistent with all members and do not intentionally show favoritism whenever possible.
Remember you are seen as a superior to others in the factions. Be sure all critiquing is done in a positive and helpful way to limit misunderstandings and hurt feelings.
Do not challenge another TKO staff member openly. If you believe one of your staff peers is acting badly or in the wrong, take all complaints to an admin or faction owner.
Treat others as you think they want to be treated.
All violations will be taken seriously if/when reported. Violations will face an immediate inquiry, and should the staff member be found guilty of the violation, appropriate actions will be taken up to and including expulsion.
All TKO staff members must post that they agree with the above Uniform Code of TKO Staff Conduct, in accordance with the General Rules of www.starwarsrp.net. If you do not agree or intend to comply, either post your resignation from the TKO Staff Team here in response or PM it to a Faction Admin or Faction Owner privately through the board or Skype.
