To answer what the character is, Temore is basically a bunch of cells living underneath a single hive mind. Here is the character bio, and here is the species.

Where my character is planning on going? Well at this point he is just beginning to learn of a larger galaxy and wishes to see more of it and to learn more of other species. Once he knows more of the acts and events of the galaxy he may take a side or he may just prefer to stay out of it. I haven't spoken to Temore on the subject at this point as he is still exploring.
