  • Low to zero intelligence
  • Will attack anything when hungry
  • No understanding of life or death
  • Attacks its wounded
Distinctions: Sharp pincers, lives in a mound, reproduces by the thousands
Average Lifespan: 3 years
Races: There is only one race, the coloring might change
Estimated Population: 6 billion across the outlying planets
Diet: Each other, meats
Communication: Clicks, pheromones
Culture: Being of little to no intelligence the To-Chw do not have a culture, they hurl their spores into the air or in the case of the worlds they are on space letting gravity of the worlds bring it to a new location on the planet to which another mound will form and more will spawn. Eventually for food both sides will fight each other and the cycle will repeat over and over again.
Technology level: They do not use technology
General behavior: They have a very violent and hive like mentality, they are always looking for food and will attack each other usually from different mounds first and then if needed their own when not hunting the rare creatures of the few planets that can survive the vacuum or the harsh conditions. The few colonies on the habital worlds are more communal with themselves not being the top of the food chain at times and work together more but overall they will attack anything that seems tasty.
History: To To-Chw are hard to explain mostly because they are only seen on the worlds outside the habital zone and between Haven lost in the nebula and asteroid field. Their worlds are older, covered in ruins where they have made their homes, the Taung didn't bother exterminating them as they could prove a strong few with their lack of tactics making up for sheer numbers. A hive ranging from the tens of thousands to the millions if large enough.

When the others came to the Asobi system, they discovered the dangers of the creature, a mindless killing machine that didn't need to breathe but could take low to medium energy blaster bolts with ease. Its carapace for vacuum proving useful even if it couldn't penetrate starships hulls with its pincers and knife like teeth. The general desire to catch the creature and use its shell as a form of armor was quickly done with as trying to mold it proves useless destroying it in the process and its suspected lightsaber resistance was a joke the blade easily going into it like butter.

As the creature continued to populate throughout the years not really needing to evolve and change they faced down a few garrisons of stormtroopers and teams of rebels investigating, faced down sith parties looking to exploit the planets and silver jedi research teams looking to learn the secrets of the worlds.
Notable Player-Characters: Not playable
Intent: As the outlying planets of the Asobi system are explored these are there to provide a threat in the vacuum and frozen worlds as well as a danger.

Looks good, I'd just like a bit more clarification on the 'spores'? How do they work? Are they like eggs? How does one spore create a hive?

Clarify that, and you're good to go. :)

[member="Mrrew"] yes they are eggs basically and you need a few thousand to make a hive, this way they can renew and have a food source always... Cannibalism is great.
