Many of you have expressed interest in turning the Black Sun Cartels into a Major Faction. I am open to this idea, but a few things we need to keep in mind:
1. At least five of us have to be active during the month. Participation is important.
2. Galactic Nomad is the best option for a criminal organization. We would have to choose this mandate.
3. Most every criminal organization that has gone Major Faction has fizzled. History does teach us valuable lessons.
