To sense a thing you must sense the force

(Taken after the academy was built)
Stardust sat down in a room alone eyes closed and the chip in her head removed so she could practice her force sense a little better, a training not hovered around her, circling looking for a chance to strike, she was doing this as she waited for [member="Salvor Arnex"] and [member="Mira Starwind"] , she called for them because she wanted to meet the new young one and the fiery zabarac who she hoped hadn't forgot about her.

The droid stopped and she remained still till it shot, with one quick motion her saber came out and blocked the shot hitting the droid and sending it flying across the room with a clang and roll

Salvor slipped into the room with [member="stardust"]. It would be unlikely that she heard him, he could be silent if he wanted to be, but she had other ways of knowing he was there. She, like him was a force user and would likely have sensed him before he even walked in the door.

There was not much Salvor knew about Stardust, heck he didn't think he knew anything about her at all and it was for that reason that he came today. If it were Romeo or force forbid Adan that had invited him here, he would of never showed up, but the shock of it being Stardust that had requested his presence peaked his interest.

"Lady Stardust." Salvor said bowing low.

Till [member="Mira Starwind"] arrives I'll keep us going)

Indeed stardust did sense him despite not hearing him, she knew he had a kinda shadowy presence one of a being quiet.

She smiled lightly and looked over to where he stood, it would probably shock him as her eyes would look colorless to him devoid of the usual green. She semsed him move in what she could guess was a bowing motion and heard him speak. She reach a hand out and a chip flew past him into her hand to which she reached to the back of her head and put it in her eyes slowly gaining color as she looked around"ah salvor good to see you accepted my invitation to get to know one another"this was a fact for sure as she had only one encounter with the zabarack and that had been a rough one so she was gonna make this one a good one"please stardust is fine salvor it is not like I hold any positions above you we are equal both dark Jedi of the force"she spoke in a soft voice but one that also hinted the darker side of her

Mira stood behind Salvor, hiding behind his large body. She had to admit, she was scared. She didn't know this Stardust, she just met Salvor on Hoth. Romeo wasn't here to help her. She didn't know what would happen. Was this a ruse to buy her, trade her back to the Sith? Clenching her small fists, her body began to tremble. She wanted to be home. She wanted Romeo. She didn't want to be here.

She sensed another that had slipped by her as well one that she could feel was very young, but she also felt fear that radiated off.

She stood and walked around him to see [member="Mira Starwind"] trembling And clenching her fist. She reminded her of herself alone scared and angry

She started emitting calming waves walking over and crouching down in front of her, she smiled and held her hand out"hello little one I'm stardust

[member="Salvor Arnex"]

Stardust was by most galactic standards, a pretty woman-many Twi'lek were-so to see her pale colorless eyes was a slight shock, though his face would not show it. She lifted her hand a something-a data chip by the looks of it-flew into her outstreched hand from the other side of the room. She took the chip and fiddled around behind her head, he eyes returned to the way he had known them to be.

Ah, she had cybernetic upgrades or something of the sort. He wondered whether she volunteered for them or if they were forced upon her. In the end he supposed it mattered little. He had no choice to have been trained as an assassin growing up but he could not deny the use it provided him in his life now. Did she feel the same way?

"please stardust is fine salvor it is not like I hold any positions above you we are equal both dark Jedi of the force"

She was humble or very good at pretending to be.
"Forgive me, My lady, as Master of etiquette it find it hard to turn off the formalities." There was an edge of sarcasam as he said the words. Romeo had named him an ettiquette teacher some weeks ago in jest but Salvor had taken a shine to the title for ironic reasons and as a cover for his more covert operations.

"We, may be equals but I am no Jedi, dark or otherwise." His tone went from its normal air of bored harshness to something close to true anger. He almost regret snapping at her but he didn't know what regret felt like, so instead he just felt justified. He was not a Jedi nor a Sith nor what ever it was Romeo was teaching the others to think he was. He was Salvor and nothing more, he no longer belonged to anyone.

Salvor could feel the familiar sense of fear and apprehension of [member="Mira Starwind"]. She was Romeo's newest project but it seemed he was more keen on ignoring her than making sure she recieved the proper training. If she had been Salvor's apprentice things would be different. [member="stardust"] recognized Mira was here as well and with calm words and soothing intention introduced herself to the young girl. Does no one know how to mold strength? he wondered.

"Mira, you forget your manners." He said to the girl ignoring her fear completely. "Bow and introduce yourself." He hadn't spoken with anger but he was stern and it was an order, he stepped aside and with a gesture indicated the Stardust should give Mira room to make a proper introduction.

"Mira, you project too much of your emotion. They can feel your fear all the way on Dromund Kaas. Does Romeo teach you nothing?" The statement about Romeo was said mostly to himself.

She gave a light giggle at his sarcastic joke, him to teach fancy things seemed funny. She then nodded some "I guess that makes sense merely a title to identify ones self

She nodded and listened to him critique [member="Mira Starwind"], indeed she did forget to bow and introduce even though star was not used to such a thing to much

She moved back some and listened again "he's right Mira if you wouldn't of been behind him I would've sensed your emotions from across the corridor.....fear is good....but it is also a weakness one must overcome" she said as she walked around and looked at Mira assessing her before stopping in front again"salvor what is this girl capable of or do you not know such things

[member="Salvor Arnex"]

Now they were talking to her. Introduce herself. She could do that. She did it almost all the time. It was like she did more introductions than training. Maybe that was her training. Straightening up, she forced her fear back and stood tall, staring [member="stardust"] right in the eye. If this really was a slave inspection, than Mira unfortunately knew what to do. "My name is Mira Starwind," her voice came out quietly, and a little squeaky, but that showed her youth. "I am the Dark Jedi apprentice of Romeo Sin, but currently I have been training with [member="Salvor Arnex"]."

There, that was about all the information she needed to give. "It is an honour to meet you, ma'am." And that was how she was taught to finish things off. Lick boots to get more respect. Then bow. Mira dipped into a bow.

[member="Mira Starwind"]

"I can not say for sure, but I estimate she is capable of very little. Her potential is woefully limited and her training is nonexistant. It would seem even her master sees her as a waste of time."

Was it harsh to say? Maybe, but Salvor never hid the truth of what he thought to spare feelings. Some thing about her meekness, her constant fear, her unsteadyness, something about it all dug deep under his skin and bothered him more than it had any right to do. He could not explain why and if asked would probably not even be able to recognize that it bothered him so much.

"Perhaps you could get through to her where I couldn't." He said to [member="stardust"]

She huffed some, not knowing what she could do bigged her"that won't do I shall not allow any type of potential to even be wasted"sfe said with haste before turning to [member="Mira Starwind"]"by time you leave I will have you trainable and your potential able to be seen"she turned the lights on and smiled"first I guess we shall start with force powers, tell me what your able to at least touch on"she said looking to [member="Salvor Arnex"] with a nod"and if you wanna join in just ask

Mira stared up at the Twi'lek. What did Salvor say her name was? Something to do with a star, like her. What the lady Star was telling her, Mira so desperately wanted. She wanted her master to see her as a worthy apprentice, not some weakling that belonged back on the Sith ship. But the request stumped her. She didn't really know what exactly to say, but she couldn't say nothing. Or worse, 'I don't know'.

"I'm able to feel emotions through the Force." She began, but then paused, trying to think of more. Was that really all she could do? Surely there must be more. "And...uh...sense the presence of living things. Although I can't distinguish one thing from the other." Although admitting her failures made her look weak and brought up a twinge of fear, Mira forced it down. Honesty was the better choice.
