Appearance: A near-human woman with an uncanny appearance. She appears human on the surface but her features relay the effect of something more. Her skin is rough and colored a sickly and haunting white as if on the verge of death. Her ears are pointed like knives and most other features are sharp and of mixed proportions. Her eyebrows are curved and her sunken eyes remain wide open and unblinking with massive and tired circles underneath. Her teeth are a row of sharp serrated "fangs" poised to tear and shred at all times.
She has a number of metallic piercings on her ears and face, and ridges that appear to have been carved into her cheeks. Many believe the ridges are some sort of body modification but they are natural and have been with her since birth. A single dimple has been imprinted onto her chin.
As a spy, and a Jedi, she keeps a lithe figure. Like most force users, her appearance betrays her strength, speed, and explosiveness. All the while her uncanny features add an exotic quality to her appearance. She appears intense, unnerving, unusually beautiful and bewitching.
Her style is largely affected by her assignment. Robes, leathers, or armors. It makes no difference to her, although she is a fan of the colors red and black.

Toloi was the product of a union between a gangster and a con artist. From a young age Toloi saw the power of violence and the power of lies. Toloi learned to use these powers for her benefit. Her parents had plans for her and all her ability but she zigged where they thought she would have zagged.
She enlisted in the GADF, became an SIA agent and then a Jedi Knight of the New Jedi Order. It all started out of some strange sense of justice imparted on her from an unlikely source. A source now missing. A source she now actively pursues.
