STRENGTHS:
To'pau is a Hysalrian, a race seldom seen outside their home planet. Therefore his appearance might seem strange to one unaccustomed to To'pau. He is a tall being, physically impressive. He has four arms, each with three fingers, and a reptilian-esque body. The lower section of his body resembles that of a snake, and it slithers behind him. The upper section of his body is more humanoid in nature. He has four eyes to accompany his four arms, and they are all black. He wears a belt at his waist with a small satchel carrying various things he finds of use, and his lightsaber. He also has something similar across his chest, and it can be modified to strap on and hold various different things.
BIOGRAPHY:
To'pau was born on the planet of Hysalria to two doting parents. He remembers very little of his early life, as when he just a young child; his aptitude of the force was discovered. He was promptly sent off to the Jedi Academy to continue his training; as is tradition amongst the people of his race. Despite his correspondence with his family through various different letters, he never met his mother and father, and it is a constant source of stress to him.
On the Jedi Academy of Voss, To'pau struggled with his studies. Despite making fast friends with many of his fellow initiates, To'pau found that commanding the force just came less easily then it did to some of his counterparts. He struggled with this realization and he had to redouble his efforts if he wanted to keep up. He stayed up late my nights, constantly practicing and reading the doctrines of the Jedi. He worked twice as hard as most all the initiates, and his efforts barely allowed him to keep up.
Despite this, To'pau persevered. Spurred on by the many hours of his free time he spent in the library, reading on the Jedi of the past and learning all he could. He would continue to hone his aptitude in the force. While he was never the best duelist, or the most apt force user; his skills were passable and he relied on his various racial traits to get him by some of the more difficult tasks as well. Despite his early failures, things were not as dismal as they had first seemed.
To make up for his lack of natural connection with the force, To'pau quickly became one of the most learned acolytes in the temple. He read up on the many different philosophies and works of literature that the temple had to offer. This was heavily encouraged by his teachers. To'pau believes fully in the cause of the Jedi, and this has never been challenged. His whole life has been sheltered, and his view of the world had become diluted. He was certainly in for a rude awakening upon leaving the sheltered confines of the temple.
Now, at the age of 14. To'pau awaits to be chosen by a Jedi Knight or Master so that he could be instructed in the ways of the force to a further extent. He eagerly seeks to prove himself worthy to be the Padawan of whoever might be interested in him, and wishes to be selected before it is to late and he becomes to old to continue his apprenticeship.
