Strengths
Firepower: The MSA-ML is equipped with 8 high power Torrent Class Plasma Energy Torpedos that would typically be found on starships as opposed to ground vehicles.
Inbuilt Holographic Radar: The MSA-ML have an inbuilty holographic radar that detects aircraft and starships within a 3 km radius - providing they do not have extensive stealth capabilities or a radar jammer.
Strong Suspension: The MSA-ML has a very strong suspension. This coupled with it's durable axles make it able to withstand it's weight and small drops.
Weaknesses
Slow: Due to it's weight, the MSA-ML is relatively slow and this coupled with it's limited defenses and maneuverability means that it must have protection from other vehicles or soldiers.
Maneuverability: The MSA-ML also has limited maneuverability, once again due to it's weight.
Dangerous: Although it has high firepower, this firepower could potentially be turned on the crew of the MSA-ML if the shell of one of the torpedos is pierced.
Inclines: Unfortunately, due to it's weight and limited horsepower, the MSA-ML struggles on inclines - especially steeper ones.
Ground Troops: Due to the movement of missile launchers, they can not aim at ground troops and so the crew must defend the vehicle with their weapons.
Description
The 'Hawk' Mobile Surface to Air Missile Launcher (commonly referred to as the 'Hawk' or abbreviated to 'MSA-ML') does exactly what it says on the tin. It was manufactured by Torr Industries when given a basic idea by [member="Jessica Med-Beq"] for a mobile anti-aircraft/starship ground vehicle. It is equipped with 8 Plasma Energy Torpedos - which is extremely unusual for a ground vehicle as they are typically used by starships and the like.
The 'Hawk' is equipped with a very helpful holographic radar that is capable of detecting signals within a 3 km radius. It also has a very strong suspension and axles made of Duranium - a very durable alloy - so it can withstand small falls.
Unfortunately, as always, the 'Hawk' comes with it's share of weaknesses, also. It is very hard to turn and is relatively slow due to it's weight. Also due to it's weight, it struggles with inclines. Finally, possibly the worst of it's weaknesses, the 'Hawk' is equipped with extremely dangerous missiles that could easily be turned on it's crew. If the shell of just one torpedo is pierced, it would set off the others resulting in the obliteration of the crew and their surroundings.
Overall, although it packs a punch, the Hawk would be dangerous in the wrong hands.
