Although the role of temple guard was that of complete anonymity it was some what difficult to remain completely anonymous for Matthew due to his height, towering over most other humanoids. His sheer size was not something he could conceal so easily. Due to this fact of being he was given rather 'special tasks' for his service to this unique security force, and he did their bidding as requested with out complaint nor hesitation. He did not think any task was below him, nor too small for his attention. Fortunately finding a young girl and trying to reign her in would be something of a new challenge. When one would consider the role an elite Jedi temple guard would serve, it likely didn't bring forth the picture of a truancy officer.
Some childish willfulness was to be expected, however this young girls actions had not gone unnoticed by the powers that governed the lives of the young hopefuls and padawans alike in the temple.
For safety and security she was to be monitored and placed under the watchful eye of a temple guard. He would not need his mask for this task. Such would likely do more harm than good.
It was late in the evening when most young ones were to be in bed asleep when Matthew prowled the halls patrolling the training rooms. He wore nearly pure white robes and pale garments accented with pale golden hues, a long white cape trailed behind him. He cut an imposing figure normally, and now in the silence of the evening the imposing figure he cut was only amplified in the quiet liminal space of the empty halls.
He was looking for Nilah- well aware she was not in her bed at this hour and well aware of recent reports regarding a magenta colored youth frequenting the training halls after hours. This was a good place to start based on that small sum of knowledge he possessed.
He was rather silent despite his sheer size as he walked the halls keeping keen blue eyes trained on any slight movement or shadow. He had spoken to several Jedi crèche Masters earlier that day, and knew all too well the kinds of things young-lings got up to when they thought no one was watching. Matthew was treating this missive seriously and gave it the due caution it required.
