This is a rough draft of what I was thinking for the Unknown Trade Conglomerate. It is just a broken down form of ideas and it is not yet complete. If anyone would be interested in including ideas, then I would be more then greatful for the help.

The Trade Conglomerate Val'hala Charter
We of the Unknown Trade Conglomerate herby swear by our honor and pride sign this treaty of Val'hala and join the Conglomerate.
The UTC herby stand for the exploration and prospect of the Unknown Region and Wild Space. We hereby guard the secretes of our allies and work to better our ideals before others. The governments, corporations, and private parties represent are herby committing to shared resources with our allies. We stand with one another to grow together and do so with pride.
The governing body of the conglomerate is the Sponsors Board. This governing body must be comprised of leading Sponsors and leaders in the field of Science, Weaponry, Armor Smithing, and Ship Building. This is currently held by the Original Four, though is subject to change with regular intervals. The Sponsors Board has all final says in the spread of the Conglomerate, only to be seconded by the Merchant Viceroy. The role of the Merchant Viceroy is to clear the final decision as a betterment of all the allies.
Other alliances outside the Trade Conglomerate does not effect the standing treaty as a whole. No altercation or feuds with other nations or companies justify the use of Conglomerate Forces without the expressed permission of the Board Members and Merchant Viceroy.
Destruction, enslavement, and diplomatic means are approved for the spread of Conglomerate Influence.
Private Military Forces consist of the Corporate Fleet, the Private Military, and the Extermination Division. These forces are at the disposal of all Allied Sponsors and Companies.
