As you enter the Trade Council Shipping Guild headquarters on Centares, you notice the distinct smell of wooden shipping crates and... cardamom? The strange aroma wafting throughout the large industrial building speaks towards the wide variety of goods and commodities stored and transported throughout. Activity around the Guild Headquarters is bustling, all manner of species from every corner of the galaxy find themselves here at the last stop of civilization between the Core Worlds and the Outer Rim. Lit panels denote the direction towards various locations such as the Guild Master's Office, the Warehouse, and Licensing, colored lines along the walls assisting in directing people towards their desired destination. First stop is the licensing office for most prospective guild members, and as you follow the yellow painted mark along the wall you get several strange looks from passing traders and merchants. At first you think it might be because of your attire but as you pay closer attention you see a small badge sewn into many of their jackets - there's no doubt in your mind that right now, you're an outsider.
Approaching your destination you see a large metal desk, behind it is a larger creature which makes the desk look like a trinket. *A Besalisk.* you recall, some advertisement on the holonet flashing briefly across your memory. Somewhat unkempt, the Besalisk wore a dirty vest over a stained short sleeve shirt. Dangling from a chest pocket was a small pair of glasses. He sees you as your uncertain footsteps bring you closer and you notice a name tag pinned on the vest at an angle. "Deego" Meeting eyes, he calls out to you, his voice a gravelly low tone.
"Welcome traveler! Lookin' for a license are ye?"
Without waiting for a response, his attention falls to the surface of the desk, a large scattering of data pads mixed in with paper folders sprawls across it. With large obtuse fingers he grips one, tapping the screen before handing it towards you. 
"Wot' yer lookin' et is just de firs page. Make sher ye red the whole thang."
As you glance over the pad and page through, the full Shipping Guild Charter is displayed, your fingerprint indicated as method of signing. Various registration information such as company or organization as well as registered vessel identification numbers are just a part of the form. While you're looking over the form, the Besilisk goes back to sorting the mess that appears to be his desk.Attachment 1: Guild Charter

As a registered Member of the Trade Council Shipping Guild (TCSG), I agree to keep up to date my Record of Residence and Primary Contact Method as agreed upon by the stipulations of the TCSG Charter. Furthermore, I also agree to keep the registration of all vessels under the umbrella of this license registered and up to date with the Shipping Guild Registrar, and to maintain my annual dues via lump sum every year or by agreed payment plan. - By signing this charter, I agree that the Trade Council Shipping Guild is given full authority to confiscate any contraband found on any Guild Sanctioned Flight and permitted to establish fines/ increased dues for members found violating Mara-Perlemian Trade Council Law in either shipment of contraband goods or by breaking shipping law.
- As a signed member, I agree to receive the listed benefits and considerations as established by the Mara-Perlemian Trade Council to the Trade Council Shipping Guild.
