The Training simulation was set. Everything was set up they would be arriving by drop, the X-17 Liberator delivering them. [member="Vulpesen"] was the VIP, a high value Sith Target. Real Guards were everywhere, Security was tight. No Casualties were allowed. Serenity was plugged into everything as the small jungle base was full of sensors so she could find out what each agent did. The job was hopefully simple enough for the organics. It was a rather complicated training exercise as all the stops had been pullled and was for all intents and purpoises a real working base. Every guard was really a republic soldier but if encountered they would put up a fight. The only way to eliminate a guard was to disable them. All weapons were actually stun weapons, only set to disable anyone who they hit.
The base was surrounded by walls, with lights and cameras beaming down in all directions. The base it self was in a cleared out portion of a jungle, several hundred miles from the nearest city. The base had an operating hanger/spaceport and a Vehicle Bay. Guards manned the walls and towers and there were patrols through the surrounding jungle on an hourly basis. Serenity looked at them all from her holo emitter on the ship. "Any Questions?"

Clone Out of Time
Like a good soldier RC-1025 stood at ease as the AI Serenity briefed them on their objective and rules of this simulation. He had too much bearing to show but he was actually quite amazed on how complex and realistic this was for a simulation. His memory was shotty but he knew that his training was intense or else he probably wouldn't be here. Now they wanted to see how much he did remember, combat wise anyway. When it was the time for questions, the Commando spoke up.

"Permission to speak ma'am," he said.

Listeri leaned against a sleek and grey wall, nearby to [member=RC-1025] . " Just shut-up and talk." He told the soldier with annoyance. ' Ugh, learn to get a fethin' backbone. Who knew a soldier could be so wimpy to have to ask when to talk.' The smuggler thought to himself, as he began replaying some of the briefing in his mind, wondering about the Jedi VIP.

Leea listened to the briefing, it was quiet a complex mission. It didn't seem like it was incredibly difficult though. Infiltration might be fun, the explosives would be a little beyond her.

"Leave him alone. He's a soldier, they are very polite that way." She said to the smuggler.

Hunter sat back in his chair while [member="Serenity"] briefed them. He browsed through the notes on his datapad as she spoke just to be sure he didn't miss anything. Hunter was nothing if not thorough.

Hunter shook his head at the smuggler's outburst. For all their skills, smuggler's could be pretty dumb [member="Listeri Dalane"]
The soldier was just following procedure, something that the smuggler lacked. This training mission required skill sets of all sorts, and soldiers were disciplined. That was something they would need if things got hairy planet side. [member="RC-1025"]

"Permission Granted, and keep your comments to your self, this is a place for questions, noting more. You can talk all you like once the briefing is done."
She eyed the smuggler and made a note, not wanting to make a fuss out of it any further. This would let her see how they acted together. After all she hadn't ever used all of them before. This would test them, and their skills. Hopefully they could do it. After all failure could mean dismissal from the G.I.A.

RC-1025

Clone Out of Time
A man near him sneered at the clone's adherence to military protocol but the Commando didn't break his bearing, still staring ahead as if the man didn't say anything. It was obvious this guy was never in any form of military. The Commando was glad that one of his teammates stuck up for him but it was already shaping into a rocky start. However Serenity granted the Commando his time to speak. "What are the rules of engagement in regards to hand to hand combat and melee?" he asked.

Often when the objective required a stealthy approach, most ranged weapons besides bows, properly modded slugthrowers, and highly advanced blasters were either too loud or too flashy. When one came across an enemy in a stealth op, the best way was usually the quick and quiet melee weapon or a knockout technique. Being that these were Republic soldiers, he figured they wouldn't be using average knives but wondered what was fair game or even if they can engage their opponent up close and personal.

Kiyron nodded slowly, frowning, while observing the displays. This would be interesting. Especially after being on medical leave and stationed in a fleet. It was good to be doing some real training again. The question from [member="RC-1025"] was definite a good one. He wanted to know before getting close and personal. That could be prevented though, with enough forethought and awareness. There looked there was a place he could use to cover the exit and the entrance before vanishing into the jungle. Depending on the team plan though.

Leea held her breath as she waited for the response. She was afraid that a blaster would be required, and she was no good at those things. Her knives, two at her waist, two on each leg, and one hidden snugly in the sole of her boot, were her favorite weapons. They didn't have any fancy settings or 'intuitive' technological capabilities. They were cold steel and that was what she liked. They wouldn't make a noise if used, only the man or woman they would be struck with would. Unless she killed them first....

"No termination of soldiers is allowed, In the armory onboard you will find stun weapons of every sort, From Blasters to knives. The Knives will obviously not cut but administer a knock out blow from a mere touch, so I advise using them with care. If you kill any soldier, Your termination will soon follow, I will not tolerate it. So feel free to do anything as long as the soldier is not killed. I would suggest non leathal take downs. Excess injuries will also count against you in your final scores. Any other questions?"

Listeri's expression softened slightly when practically everybody else in the group either told him off or just glared at him. ' You were a bit harsh on him, but he should talk, I mean, what's really gonna' happen to him?' He thought to himself, as he kept his trap shut. The smuggler listened to the rest of the briefing, slowly opening his mouth to ask a question. " What are the specs' on these weapons. Give me ammo capacity, energy charge if they have it, length, noise etcetera." Listeri asked [member=Serenity].

Hunter looked around the table, assessing the skills of everyone present. He had their files on his datapad, in order to place their stats with their faces.
Based on the parameters of the mission, and the provided the skill sets, Hunter saw the best objective for him to complete on this mission.

Seeing a lull in the briefing, Hunter took his opportunity to speak. He linked his datapad to the holomap in the center of the table and stood to his feet and addressed Serenity and the others. "My primary objective will be here" he used his datapad as an interface with the holomap. He zoomed in on the building in the center of the compound.
"Intel suggests that this is where the mainframe is housed. I will infiltrate, and upload Serenity to the mainframe. Once she is uploaded, I will plant the charges and ex-filtrate. I will need the team that is planting charges on the generators to keep me informed, that way we can sync our detonations"

He paused to ensure that everyone understood. Then he addressed Serenity directly. "[member="Serenity"], how are the explosives going to be handled on this mission? Will they be fake? Or will enemy personnel be evacuated before we blow the charges?"

Vulpesen sat comfortable in his captains chair, tapping idly at the now, red bladed light saber at his side. Of course he hadn't turned, but it was best to at least look like the art he was playing. His face was covered by a wolf like mask with a rather viscous expression. He would do what he could to test these men and women, physically and mentally. Around him set an array of ten guards, each holding a stun blaster for when the "enemy" arrived.

Listeri raised his eyebrows, when he turned and saw [member=Hunter Cain] using a holo-map. " Three things: Where'd you get that, why do you get that, and [member=Serenity], is he allowed to have that?" He told the spy and the AI, looking at Hunter with a very quizzical expression.

Kiyron listened to [member="Hunter Cain"] and his proposition and nodded. That seemed like a good plan. He stood and pointed to another position on the map. "I can be here and cover both the infil and exfil routes. Once the generators for the lights are destroyed, slipping inside will be easy enough." He glanced over to [member="Listeri Dalane"], "It is isn't forbidden to sync with the command table."

The smuggler slowly turned to [member=Kiyron], gazing at the man with confusion. "Uh...That answered none of my questions. I really have no idea how what you just said is really relevant to this conversation." He told the captain, his tone a mixture of curiosity and confusion.

"Play nice Organics, the explosives will not actually detonate, they will only activate programmed shut offs should they detonate. The weapons, data on everything including what intel reports is the layout of the base is in all of your devices you wear on your wrists, The ones you use to communicate to me. Good luck " She said disappearing and giving control of the ship over to the motley crew of agents.

She didn't like their chemistry so far, hopefully they would get that sorted out. After all she paid them to get her results, they would be cut if they couldn't achieve them. After all she didn't tolerate failure. It would be amusing though considering their foe, an actual jedi pretending to be a sith. Not an easy one certainly.

Hunter bit his tongue. He thought it better to ignore the brash smuggler rather than continue this pissing contest.
@Serenity answered his question so he moved on.
Kiyron seemed on board with Hunter's plan and even had some beneficial input. Hunter nodded his agreement at his suggestion.
"So we have a team for the mainframe. We need a team on the generators, and a team to bag the VIP. Any takers?"

Kiyron looked around at the others, scrutinizing them. This was not how he would have begun an operation, but so be it. This wasn't the army anymore. Things operated differently, he was noticing. Creating them into a team would be the challenge here. He paused, calculati routes.

"I can slip in and plant the charges on the generators and then move to the overwatch easily enough."

Hunter nodded his thanks to the soldier, thankful that he was taking this mission seriously. Hunter learned back in basic training that you perform how you train. So just cause this was a training mission, didn't mean that Hunter was going to treat it any differently than if it was a real operation.

The others at the table seemed to fall silent. Hunter looked at each of them in turn and asked aloud "Are any of you going to step up? or is it just going to be [member="Kiyron "]and I?"
